Mit großen Erwartungen reisten wir mit 4 Personen nach Zagreb. Wir hatten 2 große Luxus-Zimmer im Hotel 9 gebucht. Der Check-In war sehr oberflächlich. Keine Frage nach der Anreise, keine Frage nach einem Parkplatz. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung waren entsprechend der Beschreibung in Ordnung. Ebenso das Frühstücksangebot. Im Bad sind einige Dinge verschlissen und müssten erneuert werden: Duschablage, Ablauf Waschbecken, Waschtischarmatur, Fugen. Eines unserer beiden gebuchten Zimmer war bei Anreise nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Es lag Müll von den Vormietern unter den Möbeln. Die Zimmertüren schließen nicht ordentlich, so dass Licht als auch Geräusche nach innen dringen. Für ein 4* Luxus-Boutique-Hotel unzureichend.

Have to be honest about reviews of this hotel, everything was good, like location, breakfast, reception, rooms…but one thing I can’t stand for was cleaning room service…they put back the towels was in floor that I used to the rack with new towels and the stuffs on vanity was messed up around. Because it was a dusty towel I noticed right away when I stepped in the bathroom when I came back from outside. I was disappointed the person cleaned the room. That’s why I have to write the review on here hopefully the hotel manager will solve this problem to make sure it doesn’t affect to good hotel business

The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The location is about 2 miles from the center of town and on a busy street which is not ideal; However, transportation is close by, easy to navigate, and the buses run frequently.

The property itself was really cute, clean, and had friendly staff. It’s located right beside the tram and bus station so it’s easy to get to the town center and other areas in Zagreb in about 10-15 minutes. The rooms themself need better air conditioning. It go really hot and humid which made it hard to be in the room for long periods of time and sleep. It was too noisy to have the windows open at night.

We had a really rough stay. Apparently the hotel has disabled temperature control in the rooms and our air conditioner could not be used because the hotel was on “heat mode”. Our room was about 90 degrees and there was no solution given except to open the window. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor so this was both unsafe and loud. We left it open until we tried to sleep but eventually had to close it for security. Pretty miserable night with not much sleep. Management had no solutions.

中央バスターミナルのすぐ前で空港からの移動にとても便利だった。 何よりホテルのスタッフの方が皆さん本当に親切で快適に滞在できました。 一番お世話になった方に最後ご挨拶ができずチェックアウトになったので心残りです。 本当にありがとうございました。 お部屋も広くて、バスローブや使い捨てスリッパまで備え付けがあり、いつも清潔でいい匂いがしてました。 ホテル前にはトラムの停車場や、パン屋、スーパーととても便利です。 夕飯を食べるところはあまり無かったですが、中央駅までもトラムですぐなので問題ありません。 またザグレブに滞在する際は是非利用したいです。

バスターミナル、トラム乗り場、スーパーが真ん前でめちゃくちゃ便利でした。 エレベーターもあって重い荷物も問題ないです。 海外ホテルには珍しく、使い捨てスリッパがあったり、バスローブも用意されてて良かったです。 シャワーブースにカーテンと段差が無いので、洗面所を水浸しにしないよう工夫が必要ですが、乾燥もよく効いてて特に問題なく過ごせました。
