In the future if there are issues with cleanliness or others the property manager can be notified such that it could be rectified during your stay if possible. Thank you for a response. You were notified Wawona was evacuated because of a raging forest fire. The property manager and the surrounding community had 15 minutes to leave and travel into area with minimal lodging and internet service. The Wawona Community was not let back into there homes for weeks. Your refund could not be distributed earlier until the property manager could get back to your files. We are sorry for your inconvenience. Some understanding maybe in order. John Hoying Owner

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately high winds knocked out the wifi in some residences in the area. AT&T was called immediately and they came out within 48 hrs. The service and speed of the Wi-Fi is the fastest they provide. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We appreciate feedback. The cabin was built in the 50’s. It has a new heating and AC system, new appliances, the fastest Wi-Fi available, a new washing machine, new light fixtures in the dining room and bedrooms, new double paned windows, new bathroom shower stone, newly stained deck and outside of the house, new fireplace insert,, new bedding, and soon there will be a generator installed when the power goes out which can happen after a snowstorm or an impending fire. Somethings will always look outdated with this vintage.

The management company washes the linens after every guest. If you thought the linens were not cleaned Martin management could have been contacted to change them and there is an additional set of linens available at your disposal. The water temperature in the bathroom showers can vary if used at the same time. We do not have TV’s in the bedrooms.
