Beim Check in wurde die Visa Debit der DKB nicht akzeptiert. Es gibt eine große Hotelbar, und die akzeptiert nur Cash-Zahlung. Für ein Hotel ist das ungewöhnlich. In meinem Zimmer gab es nur ein kleines Fenster zum Gang, ein Fenster nach außen war nicht vorhanden. Zimmer war recht groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Restaurant war leider geschlossen.

Hello,Thank you for your comments. We do have food service daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm in our Doubles Bar. The restaurant is open daily for continental breakfast for our registered hotel guests. Thank you.

There was puke and some other gross stuff surrounding the pool area (I took pictures) and no one came to clean it up. I noticed it was gross still in the morning. The bath tub had mold and mildew along all the edges. Unacceptable

It was a good stay. What really brought my review up was the fact that we had an incident in our room and they had no problem moving us to a new one: even at 2 am. It was wonderful. The pool area was lovely, as was the continental breakfast. Good place and would for sure stay again.

Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. Area is a bit run down .. but felt safe in the hotel. Grocery store and Dollarama right beside so that was convenient. Bar with food in the hotel and would recommend it. Breakfast had a nice variety and the pool area was clean and large. Staff came into room at 7 am .. so woke us up .. and was on a day we were not checking out… so that was not great .. but otherwise it was a good experience.

Wife and I had traveled a LONG way, and were looking forward to some rest. But with the room facing the open pool in the middle of the building, all we could here was splashing/talking/shouting echoing throughout! Room stunk of chlorine. Kids running up and down hallways with parents even putting toys out to encourage it. Anytime someone walked past the room, the door would jiggle, making you think someone was trying to come it. No way to drown out noise! Didn't stop until close to 11:00pm! We had to leave early the next morning, and were SO tired from lack of sleep, we had to stop a few times on our journey to nap and prevent an accident on the road! Absolute WORST hotel stay EVER!

Hotel is old and dated. The windowsill had mold on it and the bathtub drain was slow and after my daughter showered hair shavings from a previous visitor came up and lined the tub. Staff was friendly

AVOID GOING WITH KIDS… The person taking care of the breakfast section was rude and doesn’t know how to behave with kids and i felt biased.. when my daughter took few extra butter and jams she immediately came and asked does she need so much in a very rude tone and said “ Everything is Counted For”. My daughter who is 5yr old got so scared of her she kept on staying away from her and was terrfied of her presence. On the other hand she was handing out butter packs in bulks to other customer without them asking for it and letting them fill their large Coffee jugs. She was very rude old lady. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU PLANNING TO GO WITH KIDS.

Using a third party website such as any travel agency will omit the hotel from making any changes to your reservation, as it was not booked directly with us. Any and all changes must be made through the company you booked with, unfortunately. On the site it does state that we require a valid credit card to check in, I apologize if that got missed. Bathtub has moldy cocking and grout. Hallways smelled heavily of someone smoking Marijuana. The smell made it into the room and took over 24hrs to clear out. The continental breakfast on the weekend was not open until 8am, compared to most hotels at 6 or 7am. No hair conditioner provided in the room, only a shampoo and a lotion.

Thank you for your review! We will have the room shut down to have it re-caulked. I do apologize that you smelt cannabis. We do have an odor eliminator spray that we can freshen up the halls with if it's ever an issue. As we are a different hotel than all the others, we do have different policy's in place. Weekends are 8am so our guests can sleep in a bit and not miss out on breakfast. I will pass along the earlier start to kitchen for further discussion. We have the shampoo, hand soap, facial soap, and lotion. We always have extra at the front desk if you need. We appreciate your feedback! all the best in your future travels.

I had a poolside room and it was awesome. The breakfast is typical but very good. Bar attached to the hotel with VLT's, pool tables and big screen TV's. Fresh Co within 100 steps if you want to buy stuff for your room. Superstore across the street with liquor store.

My son liked the jacuzzi. We arrived and no lift so we need to carry all our luggage and stuff going upstairs. All the stairs are disgusting. Not cleaned at all. Their coaches and chairs have lots of dogs pee mark and it smells. Breakfast..not impressed.
