Gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis
Wir waren hier für 1 Nacht bevor es in den Grand Canyon ging . Zimmer war von der Größe her ok , Kopfkissen sehr hart . Safe und Mikrowelle nicht vorhanden. Der Frühstücksraum in der Lobby war sehr klein für die Vielzahl der Gäste . Angeboten wurde Kaffee , Saft , Cerealien , Toast, Marmelade und Pancakes . Im Aussenbereich auch noch ein paar Tische . Pool und Whirlpool vorhanden den wir aber nicht nutzen konnten da eine Jugendgruppe diese stundenlang belagerten und auch nur lautstark rumbrüllten. Wir sind dann in dem kleinen Ort noch spazieren gegangen. Es gibt dort einige Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Gutes Zimmer für einen Kurzurlaub.
Dss Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Es fehlen Haken für Handtücher. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Rand der Stadt und Restaurant sowie Einkaufszentrum sind einfach zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und teilweise gab es keine anderen Getränke als Kaffee. Bagels wären schön gewesen. Wir waren dann gegenüber im schönen Diner.

Check in was fine, the front of the place was in deep need of a clean up, but I’m always open minded when staying in small motels. Once in the room, there were stained blankets on the bed. The bathroom was unventilated which was clear when there was black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. To be exact we were in room 206. The walls had stains and hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The manager was also very nonchalant about the information I passed along to him at check out. Not a good place to stay, if you’re like me and trying to save a dollar or two, stay elsewhere. They also upcharged the room from the price listed on Expedia. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time and money on this place.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how cozy and clean the room was. My dog and I were no on our way to the Grand Canyon and it was right at the very start so we were able to walk up and down to look at all the shops and my dog was super happy as well. The front desk worker was super friendly as well as the cleaning staff. Will DEFINITELY stay again.

No staff available at any time once checked in. Unable to contact by phone at anytime. Rooms appear clean at first GLANCE but actually dirty. Bathroom walls dirty. Towels & bedding smelled bad. Worst room ive ever stayed in period & was unable to contact staff or management. Expedia wasnt able to contact them either. I was basically told to suck it up. No refund or assistance from Expedia even though i paid for travel insurance on this trip.

Inside the hotel room was okay except for the bathroom ceiling 1/2 covered in mold which appeared to be from poor ventilation and super small. But the outside of the room was very sketchy and unkept. The breakfast was certainly nothing to wait along for.

I am honestly surprised that this property is AAA approved and part of the Wyndham chain. The lobby had a horrible smell to it. As I was checking in the gentleman had no idea of the type of room I was in. Luckily it was the correct size. Upon entering the room, the microwave had a big gash in the door. The restroom door didn't lock. We pulled out the hide-a-bed from the couch and the sheets were dirty. I went to the lobby to ask for clean sheets and the gentleman insisted they do not provide sheet for the couch. Then he went on to blame the cleaning staff. This location needs a LOT of upgrades. They did provide a contention breakfast. As I mentioned the lobby had an odor, so I skipped on the cereal and toast.

This property needs serious repairs. Our room was in a dark corner behind the stairs and laundry. The bathroom was beyond tiny, the walls were extremely dusty, the TV didn't work and the beds were older than me. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone to look and we were there 2 nights and never saw anyone come check out the room.

It was exactly what we needed: a clean place to sleep while we were in town to visit the Grand Canyon. Only two disappointments were that we expected to have a microwave and there wasn't one, and that the breakfast was underwhelming. The coffee from the machine was surprisingly good, and the Diner across the street was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

It would be nice to provide better Wi-Fi service. The Wi-Fi was cut off every minute, making it difficult to search for the information I wanted. The room was clean, but there was no fan in the bathroom so it was so humid that I had to open the bathroom window every time after showering. The night we stayed it was snowing outside and the temperature was below freezing. I left the window open before going to bed, but in the morning the bathroom was as cold as ice. The pancake machine was out of order, so toast and cereal was the only option. It was nice to have a coffee/hot chocolate machine in the office and jacuzzi was available. Overall was good but feel it's over priced compared what we've got.

Property is not what is represented inside the photos. It is rundown and old. The room that we were checked into. Had one bed that was not made up and the door was open prior to us getting there all of the rooms smell like bleach, which brings a whole new level of concern also. The breakfast is also not what was pictured and we will never stay here again.
