„The property wasn’t anything spectacular but it did the job for our stay. It had plenty of room and we were told by Uber drivers and the neighbors that it was a safe neighborhood. Speaking of Uber drivers, the biggest gripe I have is the listing states the property is 8 minutes from downtown…it’s 22 minutes. Idk where that confusion came from.“

„We came to Nashville to celebrate our sons 50th birthday and our grandsons 21st birthday. Our VRBO accommodations were perfect for our family of 7. The property was just as nice in person as pictured on line. Very clean, bright and nicely decorated. It is a very quick and pretty inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway, even in HEAVY nighttime traffic. We highly recommend this property.“

The kitchen was well stocked and the gazebo out back was a great spot to enjoy the evening looking out over the pond, but the best part was all of the motorized recliners that begged for a nap... so comfortable!“

I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!“

Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise ...

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es its eine kleine Wohnung und bietet alles was man bracht. Schickes Design, sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine grosse Badewanne. Leider gab es nur warmes Wasser, welches gerade zum Duschen reichte. Nach 2 min war es alle, ich konnte also leider nie in die Wanne steigen. Sonst alles tip top, würde wieder buchen. “

„For public parking you have to use a american phone nr. Next parking for free has a distance of approx 2 km 30 min walk to the Hotel. It is not so comfortable with your baggage.“
