Dear Willy,This property requires all bookings to be secured by means of a Valid Credit Card in the Guest's name, even those booked on Online Travel Agencies.It states on our Terms and Conditions that all Guests must show a valid Credit Card and Photo ID on Checking In.Yes, you prepaid the OTA for your Booking, but in doing so, you totally ignored the terms and Conditions of booking that clearly states a Valid Credit Card is required to make a booking.When you presented a DEBIT Card and advised us that you did not have a CREDIT Card, the property had no other option than to decline your booking. Debit Cards give the Property no Security in the unfortunate event that there is any accidental damage done to your Guest Room.This was the reason for us declining your booking, not because "You didn't like the way you were looked at." If you read our Reviews on here, they are a Sea of 5 Star with a sprinkling of 4 star reviews.We do our best to accommodate our Guests, but if they fail to meet our basic requirements of producing a valid Credit Card, then we will not accept your booking.Kind regardsLiz and MalcolmMotel Managers

We are pleased that you enjoyed the Motel.Regarding the service however, you rang and asked for an early check in, which due to it being a long weekend and the Motel being extremely busy with preparing the rooms to be ready, we were not able to do, you then turned up early anyhow even though we said not to arrive at that time and we then had to juggle rooms to get you in to "keep the peace". When you arrived your friends were throwing around a football, which we kindly requested that they stop, as it was getting very close to windows and other cars, however they kept doing this. On the day before departure you rang requesting a late checkout and again due to how busy we are we unfortunately were not able to provide for you. We are sorry you didn't enjoy the service however we tried to come to the party for you however sometimes it is challenging to do this with the occupancy we run at.
