Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr dunkel/düster und nicht wirklich einladend, die Zimmertüre liess sich schliessen, hatte aber sehr viel Spiel, das Parkhaus ist alt und dunkel. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.

This is my second stay in 4 weeks at this hotel. The first time was FABULOUS! This time was awful. The noise is out of control. We stayed 4 days and got woke up every single morning with people talking loudly and elevators ringing by 5:30 am. Better bring some ear plugs if you are diagonal to the elevator. The elevators are right in the center of the floor with the rooms in 4 directions. The first time we had an amazing room with a city view in the corner away from the elevator. This time we asked for a room with a view and got a view of the dirty building next door and elevator chaos. The first day I complained to the front desk about the noise and all I got was a "call us when it's happening". No apology. No care at all. I will never stay here again.

I liked the fact that I felt comfortable at this property but they need a security officer there during the day to make sure their hotel guests are a little more safer next to the most expensive shopping places in Florida.

It was very nosey, the property was beautiful. But next time a warning about the noise would be nice. A shuttle service to and from the area would be nice too. Especially from the airport to the hotel.

Was not impressed with thw facilities , parking garage was gross and felt unsafe , no lighting. room was very small , bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Will not be staying at this location again.
