„This is a plesant cottage grouping with the host living on premises and keeping the landscaping looking very nice. We missed the peak of the tulips, which is why we chose this area to begin with. It was my wifes birthday and she has never seen the beauty of Holands tulips. Early warm and then a storm left everything pretty much destroyed......BUT......we did visit Windmill Island and ordered some tulips for us to enjoy at home......i am digressing......the property, cottage and surrounding area ...

The location is great, as it offered pretty views of the river and was very close to downtown South Haven. The amenities were excellent; we had everything we needed. „The overall best things about this property is the large size and how close it is to everything. The finishings are a bit dated but everything was very clean. The only downside was that the front deck was not clean (although being near trees does that) and the patio furniture could be replaced.“

„Our stay here was perfect. Very very clean!!! There were 3 girls who stayed here for a qirls weekend away. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! The hot tub was lovely. The walk to the downtown area is not far at all! We couldnt get the fireplace to work while there, that is the only "negative" part of my review. However, by no means would it prevent us from renting this home again in the future. The staff was very responsive and tried trouble shooting that issue with us and even created a work ...

„We loved the cabin. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy our whole stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the property other than having a coffee on the landing to the beach stairs the day we left. Very clean and cute. Only thing we would change is the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. We had a hard time sleeping as the mattress was so soft in the middle and pillows were super hard. Would happily rent again!“

„This place had everything we needed- Cindy was very gracious and made us feel welcome. Was great to be able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping. We use VRBO regularly, and this was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. One caveat- it is an older home, so not a great choice if someone in your group has mobility issues.“
