Thank you for the review, we do have shampoo at the front desk for anyone who needs it, and a hair dryer could be borrowed as well. Hot water should have been ok. If issues there please let me know, as could be a water regulator issue in the handle. Which can be fixed if known. Sorry for any issues you did have.

Thank you for your review, we do try our best for our guests. The buffet is only on the 3 rd Sunday of the month. So glad you enjoyed the food as well.

I am sorry your stay was not comfortable, we’ve had many people stay here without issue with many return stays. We do clean the rooms thoroughly with disinfectant sprays and air out rooms when we can so any smells dissipate. Apologize if there was still an issue.

I know the place is older, and we are slowly working on what needs to be done. As for TV not working , let me know. I could have either fixed or replaced usually fairly quickly. If something doesnt't work in a room please let me know. I don't check every TV in place everyday. Things do stop working at various times, and unless I know I can't fix. Also FYI TVs are older models but not as old as the tube TVs. of the 70's .

Most places in our area were built on the 60's when room sizes were smaller. But many families with kids have come through and stayed in the rooms without issue. But I understand, they are not the modern size rooms of the current era. Thank you for your feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Thank you for your review, yes, as stated everywhere and on most of these reviews we do not have internet access in the rooms. We do not have coffee makers or microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. But do have coffee and tea avail. as long as desk is open and a microwave and toaster oven as well that can be used. We also have ice for free for anyone who brings a cooler. We do our best to accomodate people and work with them.

Thank you, as for a restroom, there is one outside the first floor door , just down the steps from the pool area future reference.

Not sure where the problems were here, as I have no clue as to what was wrong. But most people who have stayed here have no issues. If because of Covid ... we have things shut down , can't fault us. WIFi is only in common area as stated everywhere. We do our best to work with people and if told there is an issue we try to work with them, If not then nothing we can do.

Thank you , for your review, we do try hard to make our guests feel welcome and have been cleaning thoroughly between guests. WiFi while not in rooms is available in the common room. We are also looking forward to getting the place fully open again and want this pandemic behind us. Until then want to try and keep everyone safe.

I know that due to COVID the state requires us not to have facilities open. Pool Sauna and continental breakfast are all on hold due to the virus. We cannot have too many people in the same area as such too prevent the spread of the virus restrictions are greater right now. Keep that in mind when coming up, and keep expectations realistic under current conditions. Things are constantly changing as too what is open and what is closed.
