„My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we really enjoyed this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and beach access all within 5-15 min of the unit. „Process went smoothly. Property manager did forgot to notify front desk of my arrival but with a quick phone call all was resolved. Place looked like online pictures. Everything was in working order. Great location.“

„When they say "steps from the Beach" they mean it! It took us about 2 minutes -if that- to walk to the beach. The icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect when we were there. The room was small, but clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. it also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge commodity at Wells Beach. Our room was literally 50 feet from the beach parking lot. There's also a great little coffee shop about 100 feet away from the hotel. “

"The Motel was nice and practical to enjoy the various sights and activities in the area. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The handmade cupcakes in the morning were a great start for the day. The cottages were a bit older. The entrance door to the cottage didn’t really fit to the frame you could see light and feel the air coming through the slits. Also the door was missing a deadlock or a securing mechanism. Although it was a safe area, being able to secure the door at night makes me sleep easier. "
