I did look at the reservation and noticed that you did make a last-minute reservation and we did have limited availability, As far as the emotional service animal charge, Hotels and motels must give people with disabilities reasonable accommodations. But they are covered by a different law, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are protected under the ADA, but emotional support animals (ESAs) are not. Therefore there was a charge for your animal. I have addressed your issue with the adjoining door with the appropriate staff and we will rectify that issue. Kim, Thank you for your honest review of our hotel. While I was unaware of any issues you had while you were here. But our hotel is in the process of a remodel and has been very well maintained. As far as breakfast, we have a very wide selection of items for a continental breakfast complete with hot options. Your reservation was also for three nights not two and booked last minute which is the reason for the higher pricing. Again had you brought any of these issues up during your stay, I might have been able to make different arrangements

Philippe, Thank you for your review of our hotel. While it is unfortunate that your stay was less than stellar, I do not believe the place is a dive. We have fully remodeled all rooms and take pride in our 100% sanitation rating. I, unfortunately, was unable to move your room as you were a last minute booking and received one of our last king-sized rooms. I also am not in control of others' actions and did offer every solution that I had available. Since you did pay for your room with the third party my hands were tied with a refund.
