Had to go to Walmart to get Clorox wipes for the shower. It had brown stuff all in it. There was also a plunger in a walmart sack in there. Shower curtain was disgusting. Furniture in the room hadn’t been dusted in a while. They basically had nothing for breakfast (waffles with no syrup, white bread and cereal). Staff was friendly but that’s the only bright side.

Paper-thin walls, we could hear people speaking in other rooms. breakfast buffet was terrible. I have diabetes and there was nothing but carbs. The coffee was vile.

Everything was fine but a few little issues. When we first entered the room it smelled like a strong citrus cleaner — not like Lemon Pledge but eye-watering orange. I suspect they had just had it cleaned after an unauthorized pet or smoker. Or perhaps a murder. We opened the window and let it air out for a couple hours while we got dinner and it was OK after that.

The citrus cleaner smell you experienced is a regular room freshener which we spray in all the rooms after the room is cleaned. Our room was very stinky. There were whiskers in the sink from previous renters. The toilet ran constantly. The beds were very old and lumpy, uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were old and should’ve been replaced a long time ago just like the mattresses. Our pillowcases had stains on them. They put out some muffins that were less than 2 inches in diameter and very few of them. we were there at 7 AM to eat so it’s not like people had already come through and emptied it. The orange juice was out of order the batter for the waffles was very runny and thin. We were in town for my dad‘s funeral, and we did not get enough sleep because we were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel until it is completely renovated.

Easy check in and friendly. Overall, the property was average. Beds are un comfy, shower head didn’t spray, obvious layer of dust on the mini fridge, and bedding had stains. Stayed here for the convenience of location, will not stay again based on a restless night.

This place is really going downhill. The room was dusty, the carpet was not vacuumed, the bedspreads were soiled, and there is black mold on the bathroom ceiling! The hot water in the shower was only warm. This is our last stay here. We've been staying here once a year since 2015.

Disgusting!!!
This was an absolutely terrible place to stay!! We were married nearby and recommended to many family and friends to stay here, along with ourselves. It was utterly embarrasing! Almost everyone had issues with their rooms! Nasty stained sheets, toilets thay wouldn"t flush and smelly rooms to jusy name a few. No one could get a different room and no efforts were made to fix any of the issues. My parents who are in bad health and older left at 2am to drive home and no one offered to refund anything. After weeks of trying to fight that we were offered "points" as if we would ever consider coming back!! Save yourselves and just pay more to stay in a sleepable room elsewhere!!!

Hi Angela, Thank you for your time taking this feedback. We have already worked on this issue and explained your friend Jeff, Amy & Mark. We do apologies on our short staff situations. Due to sold out situation we could not accommodate her rooms. Again, we apologize on any miscommunication happened during your stay. We have already worked toward fixing this issues that you faced, Thank you for describing your issues here that will help me to work with my staff in more dept and to ensure this issue wont happen again. We have already started training our housekeeping staff regarding them. I have talked to Amy/Jeff about this last week that once points will be awarded to her Wyndham Account which is already occurred. We have issued 10,000 points to Amy's Wyndham Rewards account which she can use towards her future stay at any Wyndham property as she is also agreed and communicated on this from which Justin & Peggy was original guest. I had reserved 3 rooms in order to attend a family funeral. I was first to arrive at 3:40pm and was told one room was ready but the other rooms were not yet ready because the housekeeper was late. When the rest of my family arrived around 6pm, one of the rooms was still not yet ready. We were leaving for dinner and found that the lock to the door on one of the rooms did not work and the room could not be locked. The front desk provided a temporary fix and passed it off as weak batteries in the door lock. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no butter for the waffles, only 2 pastries in the case and the coffee was like dishwater. The room itself was ok and comfortable for one night but I would not recommend this property for any extended stay.

We were sold out the previous night, there were lots of checkout on the day of your arrival and our housekeeper was ill as well due to an injury, We are sorry for the inconvenience occurred. When the flow was heavy during busy days like weekends, the breakfast stuff gets empty sooner, we refill the breakfast for every 20-30mins. Sometimes due to rush at front desk we move around the floors to address few issues for which my front desk person couldn't address the issue at breakfast, extremely sorry for this inconvenience as well. But realizing the significance of this aspect for the guests during their stay, we will definitely see what can be done about that in your future stay. Once again, we are sorry for all our shortcomings and we request you to give us another chance to resolve this and to provide you a more successful experience in the future stay!

Poor bang for the buck
Made reservations through Hotels.com while visiting family, because storm knocked out power to their home. The hotel was ok, but not worth the price paid. Breakfast was practically worthless, since the only protein option was boiled eggs. Once power was restored to my family’s house, I had a very difficult time cancelling remaining two days of the reservation. Eventually they made it happen, but not without an extreme amount of effort. The gentlemen at the hotel desk tried hard and did his best, which I appreciate.
