Horrible check-out process
This beautiful hotel is very centrally located and you can reach everything by foot. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice stay there, the only thing that was irritating was the lengthy checkout process. We checked out at around 11am and wanted to pay for the things we consumed from the minibar. The guy who was sitting behind reception was clicking away at the computer for a whole 15 minutes without a word before he told us that he isn't an actual receptionist and therefore not authorized or able to do the process, but there was no other employee around. Another 10 minutes later the real receptionist came running and checked us out. We were baffled and didn't understand why no receptionist was at the reception at check-out time? And in such a prestige hotel? We had to wait around for 30 minutes until we could finally leave for the airport. It's such a shame when the last thing a guest experiences in a hotel is annoyance.

Ein super schönes, gemütliches Hotel. Unser Zimmer war der Hammer, gross, bequem, schöne Aussicht, alles wurde gut bedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, direkt neben der Altstadt, ca. 150 m per pedes bis zum Schloßplatz. Aber das Frühstück ist schamlos überteuert !

Schönes Hotel mit einem großen Mangel
An sich ein schönes zentrales Hotel mit großen stilvollen Zimmern. Wir haben zweimal dort übernachtet zu Beginn und am Ende unseres polnischen Urlaubs. Wir wären nie zurückgekommen, wenn wir einen gravierenden Mangel sofort gemerkt hätten. Das Hotel verfügt nämlich über ein rund um die Uhr ! geöffnetes Spielkasino, was unschön ist. Was aber inakzeptabel ist, ist die Tatsache, dass man aus dem Schlafbereich direkten Zugang zum Spielkasino hat! Dadurch werden die Besuche dieses Orts gezielt gefördert, was nicht im Sinne eines Traditionshotels sein sollte, das den Namen eines großen Masters der Malerei trägt.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel nahe Altstadt
Alles war erstklassig: Reception, Zimmer, Spa, Restaurant Foccacia und Café Miodowa. Ausgesprochen freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück ist zwar hervorragend, aber eindeutig zu teuer - 90 Zloty pro Person. Allerdings kann man bis 12:00 frühstücken! Tipp: Anstelle des A discretion-Frühstücks einfach gleich nebenan im Café etwas aus der reichhaltigen Miodowa Frühstückskarte wählen! - Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

Wunderschönes Ambiente
Das Hotel liegt ideal am Rande der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, stilvoll eingerichtet, großzügiges Badezimmer, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück (extra) sehr lecker, alles frisch. Der Service ist z.T. perfekt, z.T. ausbaufähig. Der Spa-Bereich ist winzig, wird zudem kaum genutzt, so dass man eine Stunde warten muss, bevor die Sauna einigermaßen warm ist.

Great location, excellent service. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good but maybe over the top. If you are not a big eater get something outside for less money, they just raised $ to almost 40$. Overall a great place

Hyvä sijainti, jos olet kiinnostunut vanhasta kaupungista. Ihanat jouluvalot alkoivat aivan hotellin edestä. Italialaistyylinen ravintola ja kahvila olivat samassa rakennuksessa. Hyvä aamiainen tarjottiin miellyttävässä ympäristössä. Aulabaari ei ollut viihtyisä. Olimme jo toivoneet kylpyhuoneesta, jossa on suihku, mutta saimme kylpyammeen. Vaatekaappi ja keittokomero olivat mukava yllätys tilavassa huoneessa. Viereinen Irsih Pub pilasi viimeisen iltamme ja yömme. Äänekäs elävä musiikki jatkui kello 1:een asti. Taksit ovat edullisia, kyyti lentokentältä hotellille maksaa noin 50 PLN. Taksin vähimmäishinta on 15 PLN ja sillä matkustaa jo kohtuullisen matkan.

From the beginning, after booking the hotel, the hotel staff was rude, cold, and awful when I inquired and tried to book their hotel shuttle service. Then when I arrived to check-in the hotel staff was just as rude, cold, and awful, and I felt like I had to lock up my luggage until the room was able. They refused to let me use the restroom. The whole experience was terrible even though the hotel itself was in a good location. I will never stay at this hotel again. Supposedly a 5 star hotel, but was the worse hotel out of 9 hotels when less stars

We are very sorry to hear about your experiences, however we need to clarify a few points. We have sent you a standard message with transfer options. You arrived at the hotel at 7 am, standard check in is at 3 pm. There was no request from you for an early check in, you were checked in as soon as possible - at noon. We just asked if you wanted to leave your luggage in our storage during waiting time and no one was rude or cold. No one ever would refuse to use a restroom in our hotel. You did not inform any manager during your stay about the problems.We are looking forward to the opportunity to welcome you back in our hotel.Kindest regards,Hotel Bellotto
