„I was not able to check-in. As announced by SMS I arrived at 9 pm. The instruction was to fab a scan to get access. I never received a scan, so this is impossible. In the hotel there should be a key with my name and room number. After waiting 2 hours in the rain, other hotel guests let me in. But there was no key waiting for me. By telephone nobody could be reached, neither by the emergency 0. So I had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night. I find this is a scam. Formal ...
