Tolle Unterkunft mit super Aussicht. Viel Platz im Appartment, ruhig gelegen. Nette Poollandschaft. Man kann die Anlage des Hilton nutzen, das ist klasse, da dort die Lagune zum Schnorcheln ist. Wohnen möchte ich dort nicht, zu viele Menschen, zu laut. Daher waren wir mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden.

The service was really poor. We booked a room for 3 guests but had to prepare the bad for the 3rd person. Very strange for a hotel and especially in this price range. The entrance and elevator in Building 22 were really dirty and it was smelling bad.

Das Resort ist schon etwas älter, aber in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch unsere unit (70 m2 groß; inklusive Küche) war in einem guten Zustand und hatte alles, was benötigt wird. Es gibt nur alle 4 Tage Housekeeping, was aber kein Problem ist. Alles was man zwischendurch benötigt, neue Handtücher, Kaffee etc. kann per Chat geordert werden und wird umgehend gebracht. Prima Service. Die Einheiten haben gute Waschmaschinen und Trockner, so dass man mit wenig Gepäck reisen kann und zwischendurch einfach wäscht. Das Einzige, was ich empfehlen würde, ist eine Spezialreinigung des Bodens, der Türen, der Holzküche etc. Alles einmal sehr gründlich reinigen, damit es nicht mehr klebt. Durch die Mengen an Putzmitteln auf dem Holz, ist alles etwas klebrig. Man kann alle Einrichtungen des großen Hilton Resorts mitnutzen, das ist sicherlich für viele interessant und das Beobachten der Delphine ist toll. Insgesamt waren wir froh, dass wir hier im ruhigen Teil gebucht hatten und würden wiederkommen. Super für uns am Abreisetag (Nachtflug um 21 Uhr) wurde ein Late Checkout um 12 Uhr mittags möglich gemacht. Anschließend konnten wir weiterhin die Anlage und Pools nutzen und bekamen für eine Stunde einen Dayroom zum Duschen, bevor es zum airport für uns ging. Toller Service, der für uns nach 10 Nächten hier kostenlos war. Vielen Dank dafür.

This is a resort hotel far from everywhere in the middle of an old lava flow and a green golf course. Only reachable by car. The best of it is the outstanding pool landscape with water falls, slides for kids etc. For families certainly a great fun.

It was pretty nice. Staff were not very friendly and accomodating except the 2 guys from the bistro, the server and the bar tender. We bought a timeshare from Kama. She was awesome. We would prefer to go back to Maui or Oahu. Hard to Find an access to the ocean there, although i expected that but not that bad😂.

A beautiful set up. Was able to watch the sunrise everyday we was there. If we had any concerns about anything they was very responsive. Our ice maker never worked nor did my sister in law's. They should consider getting new coffee makers. Only because all the words on the buttons have been rubbed off.

Love the adult only pool. It’s so relaxing and quiet. There’s an awesome area for families with lots to do for the kids. Also, happy that they updated the pool furniture on the adult side. Family side could use some new loungers. Spa, pools, and plunge very clean as well as restrooms and grounds. Beautiful setting. It can get windy. We had a couple hiccups at checkin but they were resolved quickly and we were extended a late checkout. So all in all it was a great weekend!

This place was amazing. The property itself was impressive. Starting with check in, the staff were very nice and helpful with how to make the most of stay. My experience at the hilton grand kingclub.......was amazing one of my all time moments in my life. The lanei was my favorite spot in my deluxe suite. Bbq was very pleasing for some good food. Pools were amazing and walkable loved our late night swims and vollyball with the fam. And my sister who had anther suit was close to or room, for my neices and nephews to go to and from. Safely. :) i will come back only complaint was now jets in my amazing tub. Other that best dayz evvvveeerrrr. Happy wilks/Neal/hernandez/plus Spencer future bil.2024 oregonians.

Our family’s favorite place for a staycation! The kitchen, washer, and dryer makes it so convenient and homey. Absolutely love the pool, as my kids range from toddler to teen, there is a place at the pool for all of them to enjoy!

C’était vraiment un concept de Resort, comme lorsqu’on prend un forfait tout inclus, sans le tout inclus toutefois. Malgré tout, c’est un endroit somptueux et les installations sont incroyables.
