Stay was fine once they found our reservation. Not having an elevator was not convenient due to my husband just having knee surgery. Rooms were swapped around due to this need. However room when reserved was a handicap accessible and upon arrival was not. Was happy that swap was able to be done. And was told if it wouldn’t have been able that they would have had to turn us away.

This property is located in an area that is not considered very safe, small town, very little dining or shopping available. Having said this, it is a very good place for the location. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and am glad to have found it! My complaint is that I had a suite on the first night and a very downgraded room the following night for the same rate. I book through Travelocity often- I have not had this happen before. I’m hoping for a rebate, coupon, or other similar to make up for the difference.

Horrible
Noise was horrible. Tv remote didnt work half the time. Breakfast was bad. Asked for handicap room and they called me DAY OF to let me know there wasnt one on first floor. Then she had the nerve to ask how was i going to get to room without a wheelchair. What the hell. Had to leave a day early because husband got into an accident she didnt even want to help me with a refund. No customer service

I was charged a $50 fee for incidentals, refundable within 5-7 business days. I’ve never had that happen. A/C wasn’t cooling properly and there was no other room available. No effort to make things right.

The place was fine. My only concern was the height of the bathtub ledge was a bit scary. The step down out of the tub was considerable further to the floor. It wouldn't work great if your balance wasn't too good.

It was a good place to stay. Only complaint is the bed being so hard. A few other family members stayed there too. We had a wake & funeral not too far from the hotel . They said the same thing about the bed. Other than that was good!

Not happy at all.. we won’t stay there Ivan for free.. the mattresses are wore out.. so every time you turned the mattress squeaks and on top of that they allowed pets to stay and they barked all night

Well the day before tried running my card ran it a few times got charged for the nights I stayed and a extra day i didnt stay so i call them to let them know and was told it'll be back on my card next week. Not only that the lady that I talked to was rude. Honestly I will not stay there again

The toliet over flowed, when we called to report it, we were given a plunger to unclog it ourselves. Then, when we asked about a mop to clean it up, we were told that there was no mop or bucket and given a lot of towels and a trash bag as if we were going to pick up the toilet water soaked towels.

I stayed up killing roaches and smelling weed the entire stay. Only the bathroom light worked. The bed was hard and dirty floors. The place stinks. No one was at the desk at check in or check out. I had to call multiple times waiting at the desk to check in, looks like the clerk was high. I wouldn't send my dog to stay here.

Need new help!!
The girl at the front desk could not figure out the credit card machine and ran my credit card 7 times. 3 of those times it charged the card for the room. So I ended up paying for 3 rooms instead of 2. Was told that those charges would come off,since I had to use my debt card to pay again. And still had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This all happening on the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The room itself was nice, but no pool due to covid which was fine really just needed it to keep the little ones busy. I don't know if they were trying to steal my money or if they really just didn't know what they were doing.

Great bed
Free breakfast. Cereals, apples, muffins, juice and coffee. Super comfortable bed, large screen TV, semi friendly staff. Had to ring bell every time we visited the counter.
