Nice hotel for a 3-4 days city trip! Rooms good/clean, nice staff members, good location to walk from the city, directly at the train station; the highlight: very cool and nice Rooftop Bar! Breakfast was ok, therefore 4 stars.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Der tägliche Hotelzimmerservice war ok aber hätte etwas liebevoller (Betten) und gründlicher (Dusche, abwaschen der benutzten zur verfügung gestellten Kaffeetassen) ausgeführt werden können. Schade dass Hotelgäste abends keinen Drink nehmen konnten in der Rooftop Bar, da sämliche Plätze durch auwärtige reserviert werden konnten. Daher wurden nach unserer Beobachtung viele Hotelgäste abgewiesen. Grundsätzlich können wir den Aufenthalt und das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Man merkt, dass die Mitarbeiter noch gar nicht eingespielt sind und alles noch in den Anfängen steckt…es gibt vor allem beim Personal aus allen Sparten (Rezeption, Housekeeping, Bar und Restaurant) noch viel Luft nach oben!

The hotel itself is lovely! And the staff are very accommodating and cannot do enough for you. They serve a very good buffet breakfast each morning and in terms of location it’s great. Extremely bad service, first they gave me a dirty room with all the garbage of the previous guest, then when I've asked for assistance getting a day trip they told me they cannot help, when I wanted a snack it basically never came. The window in the room couldn't be opened, really it was an awful experience. I wrote a review in Google and a hotel management answered rejecting my complaints, 2 hours later I came back to the room around 5:00 just to discover that nobody cleaned it. Very poor management I will never go back there again.
