Got a dirty room with dirty toilet , very disappointed. They told us they are fully booked and can’t do anything about it and we can leave!!!! Mountain view is not a mountain view, don’t be fooled by the lables.

Quite surprised this is a 4* hotel. The rooms were really cheap and there was a weird smell in our bathroom. Breakfast was not much to have, some sweets and yoghurt. The location of the hotel was great. But there are cheaper 3* alternatives around the area with better standards.

Amazing Hotel !
The Hotel was exactly like the pictures, amazing view and the staff are so friendly and helpful with every question you have! We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay, the location was perfect.. a 2 minute walk to the train station and 12 minute train to Sorrento! Vico Equense is perfect as it’s away from the crowds in Sorrento so you get less of a ‘ tourist ‘ experience but still plenty to do:) Would recommend to anyone!

Jolie chambre double au charme désuet, dans un vieux building. Nous l'avions choisi car nous avions besoin d'un hôtel en revenant de la côte amalfitaine, pour prendre notre vol le lendemain. Sa proximité de la station Rome Termini avait été le point decisif. Nous avons ete satisfaits.

The Location of Hotel Aequa was very good, in the heart of Vico Equense, close to train Station, and the room was very clean, also, their Buffet breakfast was excellent and their staff were very polite, friendly and helpful especially their receptionist , Jackomo, Augostinos and Leonardo. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights, and it was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. The pool is great but closes too early. Would be nice to swim after sightseeing all day, or sit out there in the evening. In spite of the short pool hours, I would stay again. Very beautiful hotel!

Hotel in ottima posizione, centrale e vicino anche alla stazione della circumvesuviana. Splendida e comoda piscina circondata dal verde di piante anche tropicali e bellissima terrazza pergolata e con vista sul golfo di Napoli. Stanza nuova e pulitissima anche se non molto grande. Buona la colazione. Ottimo posto per qualche giorno di relax sulla costiera sorrentina.

Hotel Aequa was beautiful- old world charm. Service was excellent Leonardo and Augustino and staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us arrange private tours to see sites on the Amalfi Coast. Food was superb. Rooms were a little on the older side, but clean and hotel was well kept. Our room had two terraces with an awesome view of the Bay of Napoli and Mount Vesuvius. The grounds were gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back again!

La struttura é ben curata e panoramica, personale sempre disponibile. La manutenzione della piscina é ottima. L’unica pecca è la mancanza di posti a sufficienza per tutti gli ospiti in piscina quando l’hotel é pieno.

Esperienza semplicemente fantastica. Un posto Meraviglioso dove poter avere base per visitare la penisola sorrentina. Posizione perfetta in centro a Vico equense con parcheggio interno e appena di fronte. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, ci hanno organizzato delle splendide gite. Colazione abbondante con qualsiasi cosa e di qualità. La terrazza è unica, meravigliosa, c'è una vista sul golfo con il vulcano fantastica. Poi c'è la piscina, dei giardini, si può pranzare o fare un semplice spuntino. La cena è incredibilmente buona. Davvero soddisfatto su tutti i fronti. Sicuramente da tornare

Very pleasant hotel with a good location. very nicely searched on mount vesuvius. simple but nice breakfast. friendly staff. We had the suite. Beds made every day which was very pleasant. swimming pool is very clean and pleasant in theme. I would definitely recommend this hotel. small points for improvement would have been free parking and a little more storage space in the rooms.

The gem within Vico Equense
What a superb hotel. The staff Dominic and James and Augusta were all outstanding. Dominic in particular made considerable effort in terms of helping us with our Italian, giving us some amazing recommendations of local eating places plus some ideas for visiting places around the local area with his great inside knowledge. The hotel pool is fantastic the surrounding areas are beautiful the gardens, the balcony area overlooking the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius in the background is outstanding. All of the hotel staff could not have been more helpful, were hugely attentive and delivered fantastic customer service . We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was a very regal lady who explained the hotel had been passed down the generations throughout her family. She talked always of her home being opened to the public and people coming to stay at her home, we felt very much at home in this beautiful place. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the railway station and bus station links, easy access to Vico Equense Centre. A couple of minutes walk as you to the beaches, to the town, to some fantastic restaurants and a beautiful square with a Fountain and alfresco dining. The hotel was great value for money with a wide selection of local and typical breakfast items. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated with some stunning artwork and beautiful local tile work pictures.With easy access, parking and simple travel connections we would definitely recommend it

Parking is under the hotel which is great but very difficult to park due to space and columns. Hotel had a musty smell on our floor. Only dinning option was a 3 course meal for 35 euro per person so you have to go out to eat. There was breakfast included but fairly basic. The pool was a great size and we did discover that you could get some cheaper food by the pool which was good. So pool was a good experience. Sea view from the rooms was a little distant from the sea really and at an angle. Staff nice though. Probably will try a different hotel next time.

Billigt men inte det bästa alternativet i området
Hotellet var nog i gott skick för tjugo år sedan. Rummen är ok men inte mer än så. Lakan och handdukar byts inte en enda gång under vistelsen. Frukostbuffén är en besvikelse. Vyerna och poolen är toppen, men även poolen skulle bra av mer underhåll. Vico Equense, byn hotellet ligger i, har utomordentlig mat och är trevlig.
