„This property does have a great view, that’s the good news. It is mentioned in the listing, but the traffic noise is constant and so loud you really can’t enjoy being outside. Also mentioned in the listing, there is no AC. Not too bad in February but I can’t imagine being here in the summer. The place needs work. Kitchen cabinet drawers and doors are all falling off. Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. Die Wohnung ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alle Alltagsdinge waren vorhanden, selbst Waschmittel und Spülmittel standen zur Verfügung. „The property was really cozy and in a great location! We stayed with another couple while in town for a wedding, and took advantage of its proximity to walk and bike to restaurants and beach areas. Enjoyed the games in the garage as well! David was a great host and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again!“

I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. „We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.“
