Das Santa Croke Boutique Hotel hat eine ruhige gute und dennoch zentrale Lage. Das Service-Personal ist zumeist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sauberkeit ist wie erwartet gut. Der „Nachteil“ das kein Menü erhältlich ist, ist aufgrund der vielen Restaurants und Bars zu vernachlässigen.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und einfach schön. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Das Personal ist unschlagbar freundlich und bietet eine tollen Service. Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig aber das Personal macht diesen Mangel mit seiner Art komplett wett.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Lage ist prima. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt. Vaporetto Stationen in beide Richtungen sehr nahe. Es sind nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden könnten. Zum einen gibt es in der (sehr guten Dusche) keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Heißt, man muss Duschgel und Shampoo auf den Boden legen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber wenn man später kommt, wurde das Brot nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Aber das sind wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten ein sehr empfehlenswerter Hotel.

Tolles Hotel
Das Santa Croce Boutique Hotel ist ein kleines aber feines Hotel. Wir waren 4 Tage dort zu Gast und wir können es vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen. Bin sehr heikel was Hotels anbelangt. Aber hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Abends war es ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Regenwasserdusche war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Das Frühstückbuffet ist eher klein. Hat aber alles was man braucht. Zu Fuss benötigt man ca. 30 min. zum Markusplatz, was uns aber nicht störte. Der Weg dorthin empfanden wir mit den vielen Gässchen und den Brücken als sehr schön uns sehenswert.

Nice boutique hotel
We stayed here for one night after that we hat to change plans due to personal reasons. The hotel was very nice and stylish, the staff extraordinary friendly and competent. Nevertheless we were not happy with our room. He had ceiling windows, no reguar windows and was quite small, even if we have not booked the cheapest category of room. The windows were a problem because of the rain that came during night, it was very loud, we couldn‘t sleep. I would have expected a better room for this quality, nevertheless we didn‘t complain because we only stayed for one night.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Boutique Hotel. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, elegant und makellos sauber. Bequeme Betten, herrliches Marmor Bad und eine kostenlose minibar. Das Personal war zur jeder Zeit bemüht, unseren Urlaub noch besser zu machen und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück wurde aufgrund der Hygiene Maßnahmen im wunderbaren Innenhof serviert. Dazu füllten wir bereits abends eine Vorbestellung aus und konnten einen Zeitslot wählen. Getränke oder weitere Wünsche konnten wir direkt beim Frühstück nennen. Für uns super gelöst! Wir haben das Hotel bereits mehreren Freunden weiterempfohlen und würden selbst jederzeit wiederkommen. Auch in Sachen Hygiene wurden hier alle Maßnahmen eingehalten. Tipp: Das Bacaro Cip & Ciop ums Eck ist abends perfekt für einen Spritz für 3€!

Lage ist perfekt. Wir haben in der San Marco Garage geparkt und sind dann zu Fuß zur Unterkunft spaziert. Die Ausnahmesituation hat das Hotel hervorragend gemeistert. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich komme beim Nächsten Mal sicher wieder. Rund um eine tolle Erfahrung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das neue, im Detail perfekt gestylte Hotel liegt in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend im Zentrum Venedigs. Das Hotel hat 15 Zimmer, wird sehr persönlich geführt und ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Es hat einen schönen Garten mit Terasse, mit bequemen neuen Mobiliar. Nach einem Sightseeing Tag lässt es sich hier wunderbar entspannen, der Service war rundum perfekt. Das Hotel liegt an einem hübschen venezianischem Platz, es ist komplett neu renoviert, typische venezianische Elemente des Gebäudes sind erhalten, jedoch neu mit hochwertigen Materialien gestaltet. Der Empfang war freundlichst und absolut zuvorkommend - wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf eine Suite, die wunderschön gestaltet war, absolut sauber, hochwertig im Detail. Sehr modern ausgestattet im Allgemeinne, perfektes und stylisches Bad und eine große separate Dusche.... Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Suite. Die Qualität des Frühstücks, die Ausstattung des Raumes und der persönliche, sehr freundliche Service waren hervorragend. Für uns ein außergewöhnliches Top-Hotel in Venedig, das zu 100% zu empfehlen ist.

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood and close to the train station! The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent! Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety to choose from. The Rialto bridge and San Marco square aren't too far either. I would definitely recommend this place as a stay.

This was a lovely property conveniently situated. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile. A lovely breakfast buffet and an excellent bar in the evening where a nightcap could be taken by yet another excellent member of staff. Would stay here again if returning to Venice and would highly recommend.

An excellent property that is fresh and new. All of the staff were friendly and quick to support any request. The room was spacious and modern, and very quiet. This did work against it however as any footsteps or voices in the halls were very clear. That aside, the hotel was perfect. The location is also close to some reasonable bars and restaurants as it is outside of the tourist hot spots. Spritz can be had for as little as 3€ per glass.

A wonderful,special little gem
A beautiful hotel positioned in a great part of Venice tucked away from the crowded areas yet all within a 10 minute walk. The staff were so polite, informative and attentive I couldn’t have wished for more. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Breakfast the rooms and the public areas of the hotel are wonderful. Venice is a special place, this hotel compliments it. Thankyou

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and it was conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet / more neighborhood area, and the staff had excellent restaurant recommendations for dinner

Beautiful and affordable
This hotel was perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly attentive and made our stay better because of this. The hotel is centrally located every room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was included and delicious. Would stay here again
