Nähe Bus- und Zughaltestelle. Sowohl zum Bahnhof, als auch nach Venedig. Freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Check out. - Zuglärm auch bei geschlossenem Fenster (man hörte jeden Zug einfahren) - Unfreundlich beim Check in. Man glaubte mir nicht, dass ich für mich alleine ein Zimmer gebucht habe und mein Bekannter (der in Venedig wohnt!!) kein Hotel-Zimmer benötigt. Man fragte mich mehrmals nach dem 2. Ausweis für die 2. Person....Nachfragen ok, aber wie heißt es so schön: "Der Ton macht die Musik" - Keine Erklärung wann die Frühstückszeiten sind, wie der Aufzug funktioniert (ich wusste es, jedoch begegnete ich jeden Tag mind. einer Person, die damit überfordert waren und nicht wussten, wie die Technik funktioniert) - Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wurden übersehen: Ich hatte z.B. einen Blumenstrauß dabei. Da mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, stellte ich mein Gepäck in der Zwischenzeit ab inkl. Blumen. Mir wurde keine Vase angeboten. Im Zimmer stellte ich die Blumen in den Zahnputzbecher. Auch hier wurde dieser nicht nur eine Vase ersetzt. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, aber ich finde, so etwas gehört zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel...

Gut für Ausflüge nach Venedig, Padua, Treviso etc
Reception war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider wurde am ersten Tag unser Zimmer nicht gemacht und nach reklamtion am Abend wurde nur das Bett gemacht und die Handtücher getauscht, aber das Zimmer und die Dusche nicht gereinigt. Leider gab es auch keine wie immer geartete Entschuldigung. Wir gehen davon aus, dass das Hotel am Wochenende sehr gut gebucht war, aber nicht ausreichend Personal vorhanden war. Unter der Woche waren kaum Leute beim Frühstück, am Sonntag war der Frühstücksraum komplett voll. Die Lage des Hotels für Ausflüge nach Venedig ist sehr gut - nur 300m zum Ticket Office und weitere 200m zum Bus nach Venedig. Sonst gibt es nicht viel in der Umgebeung. Aber auch für Ausflüge nach Padua und Treviso mit dem Auto gut gelegen. Zu Fuß braucht man ca 15 Minuten in das Zentrum von Mestre, welches überraschen nett ist und wo es mehrere gute Lokale zum Essen gibt.

Perfektes Hotel für Venedig.
Das Hotel haben wir hier über Hotels.com gefunden. Es war mega günstig für Verhältnisse in Venedig. Wir hatten 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ganz neu. Ich denke das ganze Hotel war ganz neu. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wir würden Hotel beim nächsten mal wieder buchen. Es ist Wirklich seine 4 Sterne wert. Der Bahnhof liegt 2 Minuten weg. Wir sind mit dem Zug nach Venedig rübergefahren. 1,35€ ein Ticket pro Person. Absolut günstig im Vergleich zu den hohen Parkkosten in Venedig.

Great value for money. Room was very nice. Location is good. The guy at the reception wasn't friendly at all. He didn't make an effort to explain how to come in, and didn't ask how the travel was. Not a person for a reception! And that look he had.. just unnerved

Hotel with good location, but not so good service
Overall it was a nice hotel. Close to the train station, 15 mins walking from city area with many options for food. From the train station you reach Venice in 10 mins with the train. The room was great. The gym room was kind of disappointing. There are mainly trad mills and only one machine. One could have different options in such a big room. Normally if you ask to check out 1-2 hours later and if the hotel has no guest who will be checking in then they allow that. But this hotel was asking for almost the same amount which I paid per night during my stay. I was kind of disappointed after having such a nice stay.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Temperaturkontrolle am Eingang als Türöffner, schönes Zimmer. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf die Gleisanlagen ist jetzt nicht unbedingt der Brüller, dafür hat man hinter dem Hotel einen direkten Zugang auf den Bahnsteig vom Bahnhof Mestre. Parkhaus, neu gebaut und hell befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Derzeitiger Tagestarif 10€

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.Ebenso sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten Lage. In 3 Minuten zu fuss, ist man auch schon am Bahnhof bzw. an den Bushaltestellen, mit denen man innert 15 Minuten in Venedig ist. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel und vorallem die super Lage des Hotels. Man benötigt ca. 5 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und von dort fährt man mit dem Zug nach Venedig. Einfach klasse. Ansonsten erreicht man das Hotel einfach mit dem Auto. Fazit: perfektes Hotel für einen Venedigurlaub!!

It's modern and clean facility which stands out from other nearby older hotels and properties. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop for going into Venice is less than 5mins from the hotel front door. No need to walk to train station.
