Perfekte Lage! Anfangs etwas schwierig zu finden, ansonsten aber sehr gut gelegen. Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Einrichtung ist schön und alles war sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles ist äusserst sauber. Die Frühstückstische dürften etwas grösser sein.

Toller Ausgangspunkt mit leichten Mängeln
Die Lage des Hotels ist Spitze. Das Dreibettzimmer für 2 Personen lag im 3. Stock und war geräumig und ordentlich eingerichtet. Bei 7 ÜF war im März war der Preis o.k. .Der enge Frühstücksraum veranlaßt zu kurzem Aufenthalt. Im Hotelblock befindet sich ums Eck eine Gaststätte. Bis 02.30 h ist in der Gasse Aktion, am Wochenende entsprechend zahlreich. Im den Sommermonaten und bei angenehmen Temperaturen wird das eher lauter und länger werden. Dann würde ich eher nicht dort wohnen wollen.

Wir wollten nur eine Nacht dort schlafen, dafür waren wir voll zufrieden, auch wenn das Hotel an einem Ort liegt, wo man vielleicht nicht suchen würde ( hinter den öffentlichen Toiletten). Aber es ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in einer Sackgasse. Dadurch ist es aber in der nacht relativ ruhig. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Angenehmer u entspannter Aufenthalt
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute u ruhige Lage , da in einer Sackgasse, 2 Minuten zur Rialto-Brücke, keine Lärm-Beeinträchtigung durch Kneipe am Eck. Zimmer klein, aber sehr sauber, Frühstückszimmer etwas eng u dunkel, Kaffee nicht so gut. Dafür genügend Cafés um die Ecke. Würde jederzeit wieder hingehen .

Kleines Hotel in der Nähe der Rialto Brücke 100m
Das Hotelzimmer war klein. Im Vergleich zu der tollen Lage ist der scheinbar hohe Preis aber doch in Ordnung. Zu Fuß kann man den Marcusplatz in 10min erreichen. Es gibt brauchbare Restaurants und Pubs wie auch viele bedeutende Sehenswürdigkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist nicht wirklich gut. Besser man geht in eine Bar und bestellt dort ein Croissant (Cornetto) und Cappucino. Fazit: Teuer, aber dennoch das Geld wert.

Super Lage
Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der Rialtobrücke und ist daher ideal, wenn man in Venedig selbst wohnen möchte. Zumindest ein Herr an der Rezeption spricht fließend Deutsch und das andere Personal Englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ok ausgestattet. Nachteilig war, dass es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab und bei unserer Rückkehr abends immer ein unangenehmer Abflussgeruch im Zimmer war. Dieser lies sich jedoch durch lüften gut beheben. Außerdem wurden wir einige Nächte im Zimmer von Stechmücken geplagt, aber dies ist wohl in Venedig meist der Fall. Das Frühstück war für ein kontinentales Frühstück großzügig mit Kaffee, Tee oder Kakao, Saft (Multivitamintabellen aufgelöst oder so was), Toast, helle Brötchen, Roggenbrot, verschiedene Marmeladen, Nutella, Butter, 1 Sorte Käse, aber keine Wurst. Dosenobst, Cornflakes, Milch und Joghurt gab es auch. Also völlig in Ordnung. Lediglich der Speiseraum war sehr klein und eng, die Tische wurden jedoch immer wieder schnell hergerichtet. Folglich würden wir das Hotel empfehlen, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und es überwiegend nur zum Übernachten braucht, da es keinen Aufenthaltsraum o.ä. gibt. Ideal ist aber die Lage und der Service also waren wir zufrieden.

It was initially difficult to find via Google, but when is Google perfect.....at all??? Staff was great and was attentive to our every question, even when they were "stupid" coming from tourists that didn't understand! Everything was clean and great, with a fridge in the room as well.

They didn't honor their cancelation policy and they charged me even though I didn't stat the full time. They did not give us very good instructions on how to get to the property so for someone who has never been to Venice before I just had to walk with my luggage from the car drop-off through all of Venice to the Hotel. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the hotel was extremely overpriced for such bad service, small rooms, and no amenities.

Dear Madame,you asked to leave 1 day before the booked ones , we told you to do it via the system you reserved if it was possible they would have allowe you to do it !!! they didn't this mean the cancellation policy were not allowing changes !!!we always send information on how to reach our hotel to all our guests, for sure we never told you to walk from the car terminal to the Hotel , you followed google maps without contacting us it was your decision to walk climbing bridges you could have used the pubblic or private boat there are different options .you stayed in Venice in the most expensive week when Biennale of art Vernissage was taking place , you could have chosen a cheaper hotel if the price of ours was too expensive but probably you didn't find it !the size of our rooms is the correct one for our category we are not a 5 star hotel, guests choose us for the confort and the staff we try to please every body but sometimes we do not suceed !!!!

Great location in the centre of Venice, within walking distance to most areas. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Our room was small, but clean & comfortable with great water pressure in the shower and Netflix available on the TV. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly also. The alley leading to the hotel can get quite crowded with patrons from at the bar/restaurant, so it can be annoying trying to get through everyone, but other than that we had a great stay and would happily stay here again 😊

Would not recommend. We stayed here two nights and hardly slept. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were the thickness of a slice of pizza. The walls are very thin so we could hear every word of our neighbor’s conversation even though they spoke at a normal speaking volume. Additionally, there is a bar below the hotel so that noise drifts upward until about 1AM. Lastly, our room was very hot. The AC was turned off for the entire hotel so they told us we could only open a window. Well due to the fact that the window opens to a courtyard, there is no airflow so hardly any cool air actually enters the room. Also, opening the windows to cool the room at night to sleep thereby amplifies the noise from the bar downstairs. Not good.

Dear Sir,you stayed in our hotel in febraury winter time when heating is on not AC!!! with 4 outside it is out of any immagination to turn it on ! you could have swith the heating into fan which could help the airflow!in the all the bedrooms we provide 4 pillows and are pretty thick on top you had a triple room assigned so inside the wardrobe there were 2 mores at your use !!!the bar downstairs is present and we cannot do anything if you are a light sleeeper you coud have chosen a different hotel , your room was on the 3rd floor so far enough from the bar ! next time read the reviews on a hotel before booking it to avoid unconfortable stay !

You could not ask for a better location. Really close to plenty of tourist attractions, transport links and lots of food options nearby. One significant thing to note is the very popular bar downstairs - unless you're a very heavy sleeper I don't recommend booking here on a wwekend. This is made worse by the room overheating (sits at around 26 degrees) and the air conditioning being disabled in November (was told by staff it's winter so no air con). So you have to choose between slowly baking in your room or opening the windows to the noise, cigarette smoke and an army of mosquitoes. Otherwise OK! Pros: Location Size of Room Cleanliness Mini fridge Competitive price at this time of year Cons: Bar downstairs gets very noisy on weekends No air con in November (room too hot) Have to leave your key at reception when you leave the hotel Sound carries from upstairs and neighbouring rooms so expect lots of stomping In summary, if you are a heavy sleeper and enjoy the sauna this place is perfect. Otherwise getting some shuteye at night will be a tall ask.

On arrival we immediately felt safe and welcomed . The hotel was very convenient to St Mark's Square . When we found our bearings everywhere became accessible. Only a few minutes walk to water transport which made it easy to travel to the airport for an early flight. Staff in the hotel were fluent in English. Breakfast was fresh and very pleasant . The location and architecture of the buildings meant that space is limited and our room was not large but the room had two windows / an excellent shower / every requirement including a VERY GOOD hairdryer/ mirrors/shower cap etc.AND spotless!!!! We would certainly return

The property is conveniently located. However, the room we were given was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. They fit a double bed in a single room, there was about 2 feet of space between the bed and the walls, there’s no place for luggage except next to the bed. We had to scoot over our luggage each time we got out of bed. It was very cramped and uncomfortable.

dear Mrs the room given was the room you booked double standard . all our standards are a small size room of course cheaper than the double confort where the size is bigger but more expensive .if it was so unconfortable you could have asked at the reception to change to a different one that you did not.
