„We love this place. Have stayed here at least 4-5 times in the past few years. My wife loves the jet tub - so relaxing! The location - just a couple miles outside of downtown Skaneateles - is ideal for us too. The higher-numbered bungalows in the back are quieter (no road noise), but the front ones a fine too. Always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Will definitely stay here again.“

„Absolutely no complaints with the room. It was excellently equipped and very clean inside. The building could do with some touchups outside especially the windows. I was surprised and never advised however that maid service was only every three days. I was just glad we had chosen to rehang our towels and not lay them on the floor.“

This time, we choose this facility for 8 nights and we are very disappointed. I never came across such a run down facility in this price segment with such a lack of customer service and orientation. „The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable.“
