Not happy
The view is amazing but the bed is rock hard like a box. The sheets were old used hospital sheets with holes in them. The towels were used old torn towels that resemble beach towels from a nearby resort. The carpet is filthy. The dryer takes 5 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. There is black mold in the shower. The grounds were spectacular. The agent did allow us a late check out. I would not stay there again.

Brand-new high-quality linen and towels were purchased and the housekeeping manager will attend to everything else you mentioned.We do hope that you will allow us another chance to show you the standard we uphold on a regular basis.

It was in good condition compared to the other oyster apartments , seaview , balcony and location is very good!

Pleasantly satisfied.
A very satisfactory experience all round. Great communication / arrangements for check in / hand over procedure, and the apartment itself is awesome, everything you could possibly need. The balcony patio and view are outstanding, and the location could not be better - very central, and security is of a high standard. I would highly recommend this property option to all.
