„Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area ...

„Das Hotel, die Adresse und Preis / Value sind sehr gut. Der Kontakt vor der Ankunft war inexistent (über mehrere Stunden war keiner erreichbar), und der Zimmerschlüssel klemmte für mindestens 5 Minuten jedes mal wenn wir versuchten ins Zimmer einzutreten. Aber sonst sehr freundlich, sehr nah zur Altstadt, geschmackvolles Zimmer - eigentlich waren wir vom Zimmer positiv überrascht. Nächstes Mal wieder (wenn sie den Schloss zum Zimmer in den Griff kriegen).“
