We had the room with a private pool and a view to the Forrest. It was very clean and nice. My wife got sick and everyone treated us very well the staff was very very friendly and nice to us. The only thing I could complain maybe was the breakfast, not many options as I am used to in 5 star hotels, but this was not a big problem.

Wir hatten eine Villa mit eigenem Pool und es war hervorragend. Wir waren mit Kleinkind unterwegs und es wurde alles für uns super hergerichtet und auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Teils sind ein paar Passagen im Hotel abgenutzt, aber wird momentan auch in Stand gesetzt

Sehr schönes Areal in ruhiger Lage. Optimal via Shuttle an Ubud angebunden. Zusätzlich ein extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Das einzige welches ein bisschen unglücklich ist, der Pool wird nur Vormittags von der Sonne beschienen. Ausweichsmöglichkeit via Sonnendeck gegeben, allerdings ohne Pool Zutritt oder ähnlichem, dennoch ist das Hotel alle male mehr als zu empfehlen!

Keine dreier Zimmer
Wir haben ein 3er Zimmer gebucht aber nur ein zweier Zimmer erhalten somit mussten wir ein Zustellbett für 350’000rp pro Nacht mieten (ca 20€) die Zimmer waren dann zuklein für ein Zustellbett das wir die Villa mieten mussten.

Our Deluxe Room's size is 33 Sqm where it is possible to set up one roll-away bed and in order to make some more space, we have to take out the single sofa with ottoman. The roll-away bed charge is IDR 350,000 per night including breakfast. Some guests with a lot of luggage will be highly recommended to book two interconnecting rooms instead of one room with triple beds. Otherwise, Villa would be good alternative. Gemischte Gefühle.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts schlimmes zu bemängeln, aber wir sind einfach nicht warm geworden mit dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind neu, etwas zugestellt und haben wirklich einen schönen Ausblick auf die umgebenden Reisfelder. Viel wert auf eine gemütliche, wohnliche Atmosphäre wurde im ganzen Hotel aber nicht gelegt. Die Angestellten wirken eher etwas roboterhaft und distanziert, als typisch balinesisch freundlich und offenherzig. Wenn man eine solide und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft sucht, ist man hier richtig. Für das Hotel mit Flair und Herz und individueller Betreuung lieber woanders hinfahren.

Tolles Hotel mit einem wanshinns Ausblick
Bei Ankunft hat man direkt eine schöne süße kleine Lobby vor sich. Die MItarbeiter sind alle samt sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt einen ShuttleBus der zu zwei Zeiten a, Tag fährt. Leider ist das Hotel auch etwas außerhalb von Ubud. Aber die tolle Aussicht hat sich dafür gelohnt. Wir hatten direkt die Reisterasse und einen tollen Sonnnenaufgang von unserem Zimmer (Pool) aus. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß genug. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Pool ist groß genug und genügend Liegen. Sind direkt von unserem Zimmer zum Pool gekommen. es war wirklich ein Traum besonders der Sonnenaufgang. Trotz dass es nur wenige Gäste waren, war das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Hätte etwas mehr an Brotsorten und Belag sein können aber ok....Direkt in der Nähe gibt es wirklich nichts. Man ist auf den Shuttlebus angewiesen oder lässt sich ein Taxi rufen. Wenn Ubud dann wieder in dieses Hotel auch wenn es etwas außerhalb ist!

Regret to hear that we were unable satisfy you entirely therefore kindly accept my apologize for the inconvenience that may caused. Since we were opened in October 2017 followed by Mount Agung's eruption in November. This force major hit us pretty seriously so that we have to work hard to tighten our belt to survive as we are keeping majority of our staff. Our occupancy is now slowly ramping up however we are unable to provide full service on our buffet breakfast due to less business volume. In order to maintain our cost, we are unable to provide more free shuttle service. This is not an excuse, but the reality that may be happened anywhere around the world. スタッフの方はとても親切で、英語があまり話せなくてもにこやかに対応いただきました。そして、サプライズで子どもの誕生日ケーキを出していただき、大変感動しました。 施設は、プール、ジム、キッズルームのボールプール、スパを利用しました。 スパは小中学生もお願いできました。 部屋のシャワーは水圧も十分で浴槽はない部屋でしたが、天井からのシャワーが背中を温めてくれて快適でした。 ホテル内でのんびり丸2日は過ごして、 1日はウブドの街へ。 街からは車で15分ほど離れているので、タクシーをお願いする手間などあります。 街の近くのホテルと迷いましたが、 車の走行量が多く、のんびりとしたかったので 正解でした。 部屋からの景色は絶景で、どこへも行かないでホテルで過ごしたくなるほどです。 レストランは夜23時までやっていて、チェックインの日はホテルに21時過ぎに到着だったので 助かりました。 ホテルの大きさも部屋数が多過ぎず、スタッフの方も覚えてくださりとても過ごしやすかったです。 ウブドへ行く際には、また泊まりたいです。

Firstly, I'll start by saying the staff at this property truly are wonderful and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests (especially the little ones), which made our stay at the hotel incredibly comfortable. However, I believe there is room for improvement on some fronts to make it a more wonderful experience for other guests. Dining: while the menu offers wide selection of cuisine and food options, the food quality was not great, mediocre at best. The fresh juices are great! House-keeping: We stayed in the pool villa. Our back doors leading into the pool area were left unlocked twice post house-keeping visits. On one occasion the door was left slightly ajar. We also had insects coming out of the sink and bath tub drains, which is probably because of the surrounding greenery but is worth mentioning for those who do not particularly love having insects in their room (mostly the bathroom). Spa: the services offered are great. I did the 90 min lomi-lomi massage, 30 min feet reflexology and 90 min hot stone. All were incredibly relaxing and I enjoyed them. However, therapists should not be banging and clanging things (like wooden bowls) while you're trying to relax. They should also speak in lower tones of voice so they don't interrupt your zen and undo the whole relaxation experience.

I stayed with my family in this wonderful boutique hotel and loved every moment. The staff was amazing, the spa wonderful, the beds so comfortable, the pool just right. We enjoyed it very much. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is clean and the staff are courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. There is a nice variety of foods for breakfast that will leave you happy and well fed. The location is not within the Ubud centre but still close enough to get there quickly via car. We would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Ubud.

숙소는 우붓 시내에서 차로 20분 정도 떨어진곳 입니다. 그래서 시내쪽 나갈때 항시 택시 불러야 합니다 조용하고 라이스 필드를 조망하는 전망 좋운 곳에 있습니다 단 호텔 수준이 3성급 정도 이고,, 너무 친환경적이라 발에도 개미가 줄지어 다니고 있네요.

Dear HUNIN,Thank you for taking your valuable tie to review our resort.SereS Hotel own beautiful surrounding with natural view (rice field, jungle, river) therefore hotel will provide transportation to Ubud Centre at anytime with reasonable price USD 6/car/way within 10 - 20 minutes depending with traffic.As tropical paradise island you may encounter some wildlife, please call us if you need an assistance.As you may aware, most of our customers who stay at our 5 stars hotel give us excellent review score.Hope we have opportunity to serve you with better experience in future.

We stayed in SereS spring resort for 3 nights and spent wonderful time. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, the room was clean, we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a wide variety. 3 of us stayed in a garden view villa, there were a king sized bed and an extra bed. We especially enjoyed the sunrise view on a rice field which can be seen from the balcony and private pool, and watching egrets flying over the rice fields before the sunrise. I’ll recommend this place to who want to enjoy quietness and nature during their trip to Bali.
