I’m sorry that you had an uncomfortable stay but please let me clarify some of the points you mentioned. on the 25th December the restaurant was open of course! We just proposed a “selection” of our best dishes that consisted in :Five appetizersFour main coursesThree second coursesSeveral dessertsI’m sorry that you didn’t appreciate our restaurant rooms, fully decorated with paintings of famous Italian artists, as Mario Merz and Carol Rama but I don’t want to reply to a subjective comment relating to your personal taste.About the Energy saving, as you should know, there is a real European problem related to it. It is not a choice of our structure, but, as you have probably read on the signs at the reception, there is a national law that regulates it.In any case, our reception is always available to support in case of need with effective alternative solutions. I'm sorry that you only reported it on a review site only after your departure since we could have found immediately a solution to your discomfort on site.Kind regards,

At the Hotel NH Collection Piazza Carlina our aim is to exceed the expectations of our Guests, and we deeply regret when we do not fully achieve yours. However, about your personal experience, I would like to specify that you arrived at a peak time and, the whole team, myself included, we were working to make the wait less stressful, for example by inviting Guests to park their car in the meantime, in order to clear the queue. The time you waited was 10 minutes, which is a reasonable wait in these particularly difficult times. As a company we are doing everything possible to recover from the months of lockdown and recession of tourist industry, that's why you found some services slightly slowed down. We are aware that the situation could have been unpleasant but I can assume that the stress of the trip made you perceive the wait longer and with no reason unnerving, it made you turn in a pretty rude manner to the hotel staff, myself included, but above all, it did not allow you to perceive the excuses I was making you and the actions we were taking to speed up the queue, which the other Guests, in the queue as well, have well noticed. In the main while, we are grateful to know that, a part this difficult start, you appreciated the rest of your stay, the modern design of the room and the central location of the Hotel, in fact NH Collection Piazza Carlina is placed in the heart of the city center and all the main attraction of the City, like Mole Antonelliana, are wolking distance!
