Great style, perfect location, helpful staff. But it cannot quite live up the high standards - minibar didn't cool properly, SPA closed for two days, towels not stainlessly clean, toilet paper not filled up... all in all no real trouble, but for a grand hotel you'd expect simply more perfection. The kind staff did what they could - we even got an upgrade after the disappointment with the closed spa, but as a guest in such a renowned place you'd expect no need to ask, but the hotel to offer you whatever you wish...
