Breakfast is from 7 am to 9.30 am and is a buffet and everyone is free to take what they want. In any case, if you had wanted something that had been sold out, we would have immediately taken supplies especially for youabout what you've said about the neighborhood we are sorry that you didn't feel confortable but it's something that's not in our control, as you may know in all large cities with a central station there are often agglomerations of different types of people, including unsavory people. In any case the area near the hotel is always patrolled and security is guaranteed inside the structure. youtr judgment therefore cannot be influenced by things over which we have control and it absolutely cannot be a means of reporting things outside the hotel. In any case, our commitment to ensure the best experience is maximum and we would be happy to have you back as a guest and to make up for any kind of problem.

But as you may know, since you have traveled a lot, in every city near the main train station, the area may have at times not the best neighborhood. It is a common problem in every city in the world... and since you personally said that you travel a lot, we would have expected that this wasn't a surprise for you or even shoudnt have a matter for the low score.
