Wunderschöne Anlage mit hohen Preisen, aber die Zimmer sind nicht auf dem Stand eines Luxushotels. Einige Dinge müssten erneuert werden, zusätzliche room features (Hausschuhe, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, minibar,…) zudem wirkt das Personal an der Rezeption gelangweilt, nicht geschult und ist unpassend für eine Umgebung wie diese.

Es war wortwörtlich ein Paradies auf Erden! Man kann total zur Ruhe kommen... und die Anlage ist wunderschön in den Jungle & die Natur eingebetet... Der Strandbereich ist wunderschön leider konnte man durch die Algen nicht so gut baden aber das Hotel ist jeden Tag bemüht die Algen weg zu machen und es war für uns kein Problem da es zwei tolle Pools hat und wir konnten trotzdem immer am Strand liegen da die Algen überhaupt nicht rochen!!! Trotz den Algen immer noch ein Paradies!!! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer sehr bemüht einen super Service zu machen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und falls wir eines Tages wieder nach Tulum kommen wird es Bestimmt das BeTulum! Danke für die unvergessliche Tage bei euch!

Traumhotel in Tulum
Das Be Tulum ist ein absolut schönes Design Hotel mit vielen tollen Details. Wir hatten eine Jungle Suite in der 1. Etage und das Zimmer ist geräumig gewesen, sowie Top von der Lage. Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist einfach perfekt! Das Service Team war nicht immer das schnellste, aber das auch nicht an anderen Orten in tulum, daran muss man sich in Mexiko einfach gewöhnen. Das Team war sehr freundlich und das essen frisch und lecker. Frühstück gibt es hier nur à la carte, was uns aber nicht störte, man wurde definitiv satt und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Unbedingt das Yaan Spa gegenüber benutzen, ich hatte dort die beste Massage! Mit den kostenlosen rädern kann man prima durch tulum radeln. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen, es hat hier einfach alles gestimmt!

Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice hotel. We had a comfortable room in a god condition. The service (housekeeping, restaurants, beach) were top notch. Two things: - the ocean was choppy during our stay. They have no control over that, of course, but the pools should be heated. With the pool ice cold, there was no comfortable swimming option. - drinks on the beach are north of $30 but if you are booking a room here you can afford it

I like that Be Tulum is away from the noise and congestion. But, it’s an easy walk to the busy areas if you want a livelier crowd. The rooms are simply and beautifully furnished. The beach is clean and nice with good service. The vendors walking the beach can be a bit much. But, that’s no fault of the hotel.

My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. To begin, I had a distressing incident where my headphones mysteriously disappeared, and despite reporting it, they were never recovered. Additionally, the cost of everything at the hotel was exorbitant, and it appeared that the reception had some kind of arrangement with the taxi drivers, resulting in overly inflated fares. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with not receiving a refund for the night I missed due to a missed flight that was n. This aspect of the stay was quite frustrating. Regrettably, my disappointment was not unique, as many others departing from the hotel shared similar negative experiences.

First of all, I want to apologize for the fact that your stay was not entirely to your liking. But I do think it is important to clarify a couple of things. The first thing I want to clarify is that the taxi drivers who are parked outside the hotel DO NOT have any agreement with us. It is a local cooperative or union regulated by the state's federal transportation laws. They propose their rates and approve them at their assembly. They have a tariff that you can ask them for before boarding any taxi. On the other hand, I am very sorry about your hearing aids, it would have really been a great help if you had reported their loss from the day you lost them and not two days later at the time of check out and without knowing for sure where you left themKind Regards,Annemarie RauchOperations ManagerBe Tulum

My husband and I found Be Tulum the perfect honeymoon location! We stayed there for three nights and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast one morning which was amazing! The people were incredible, cleaning our room whenever we left the property, stocking up our water, and helping us with everything. The hotel is at the south end of the strip which made it quite a walk from some of the restaurants and activities we planned but with bikes, it was no problem at all. There is a bike rental very close to the property. The property is beautiful with plants and foliage everywhere! We were blown away by the beauty. The beach was swimmable and if you have never been to the Tulum hotel zone, you can walk on the sand to any of the resorts For pool access and restaurants. Just another option besides the street, kinda cool! I would give an 11/10 if I could. Be tulum was worth it for us and I will be returning one of these days!!

The property arguably one of the nicest resorts in tulum. The rooms are nice and clean. Huge bed and sitting areas. All rooms have either a balcony or patio to relax on. Some have dipping pool in the patio if you choose to get that type of room. It is well maintained and clean. You will constantly see workers maintaining the cleanliness of the resort. The beach restaurant’s food is fresh. It has a wide variety of foods. You can relax on a beach couch or lounge chairs on the beach. It is the sister hotel to Nomade (next door) and a weekly activity calendar that is shared. They have many activities such as yoga, breath work, connection wellness and more. This is the place if you want to disconnect from the world and have some peace and quiet to relax. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with every need.

Il soggiorno è stato praticamente perfetto. La camera è molto spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort compresa di piscina nel giardino privato e totalmente immersa nel verde. Ovunque si è circondati da piante e silenzio. Ci sono due ristoranti di buonissima qualità con un attenzione al cliente particolare. Colazione ottima: compreso nel prezzo si può avere piatto di frutta, basket di pane con marmellata e croissant, caffetteria e un piatto a scelta dal menu… ed è tutto buonissimo. Spiaggia molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, servizio in spiaggia molto attento e veloce. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto può essere la presenza di lavori edili accanto e qualche volta si è sentito qualche rumore in spiaggia ma, si sta talmente bene che spesso non ci si fa nemmeno caso. Compreso nel soggiorno si può usufruire anche di alcuni servizi (come ad esempio lezioni di yoga) della struttura accanto, il Nomad, che fa parte della stessa proprietà. Wifi sempre presente, praticamente anche in acqua! È sempre triste rientrare dalle vacanze… ma questa volta è stato davvero più difficile del solito!
