I'm sorry it didn't worked out for you. I feel bad that you didn't get to try our breakfast for more than one time. You really should give more chance to the people than one breakfast. It's really hard to change the breakfast menu when you guys arrive at 8am with the list you don't eat. We do serve fruits on the days we have crepes. I could change everything, but not at 8am when I prepare eggs with beans and salsa. I know we tried and prepared nice oatmeal with blueberries and peaking for your husband, but I guess that didn't count. Speaking about self service, yes you have to walk 6 feet to the table where you choose your beverage and fill up the cup or glass by your choice. We don't have waitresses here. Water we use from the tap or from the fridge. It's a spring water so its clean and safe to drink. If I prepare breakfast and serve it I'm sorry, but I don't have time to help you with the water. You should tell me that you will wait until i bring it to you if self service offends you. We don't stress too much here and don't make things complicated. Its ok to ask. If people don't see on the table what they expect they ask at the breakfast or while they are here, not in the review after they are gone long time already. We don't have problems finding toasts, we just don't serve them every morning. Lots of our guests are with gluten free diet. Speaking about chat room... We have living room downstairs, where guests can sit, eat, play games, drink wine etc. We just don't have guests who sits there. they ether hike or rest. It seems no one cares about chatting in one room, specially after the COVID. oh yes. Sorry, we don't have flannel sheets and those you slept on wasn't flannel. I'm 1000% sure. Speaking about check in - yes we have self check in procedure, what so ever everywhere is my cell phone number provided everywhere, which you used when arrived. I did helped you to find your Ice hockey game on your TV. Did you forgot that? If you had more questions, why you didn't asked while I was standing in your room switching chanels? and finally Queens Garden room was decorated the way it looks today. only thing I would call there dated is the bed headboard. But there is a reason for that and our guests love how they look like. Not sure why you booked queens garden room then. What so ever Happy Traveling!

I'm sorry you were not satisfied. I wish I would know more to be able to assist you. During our season we are very busy doing other things and can't be around to greet every guest individually, but we are happy to see every one of you. To make things easier I provided my cell phone where you can text/call with questions you have. We have info board in the hallway with all kind of information you may need and may not. Same thing for the heat/ac. What issues you had? Can't recall someone contacted me. It runs on auto and turns off at night. Now is the time when its not needed mostly so it rarely comes on. We serve breakfast on plates only when we have no more than tree rooms and we can seat our guests safely downstairs in the dining room. We also have guests who prefer to eat outside or in their rooms. Safety is one of the reasons why they choose B&Bs. We have to manage in between all these things and have to keep our guests safe. While there still will be covid around, we will take an extra step to be sure everybody is safe. I would love to know more about which photos are misleading. Only thing what comes up in my mind is that room pictures were taken 2 years ago and only thing what is changed is there are some more additions in the rooms like stand lamps dressers etc. other than that I can't think what else would mislead you. I'm sorry we didn't met your expectations.

No that's not true at all. you booked your room on the second floor and couldn't made it up there. So I canceled your booking I made an exception and issued a full refund. Why you write crap about our business? Not nice at all.
