It was nice that the room was very big! The airing in the bathroom did not work and the hotel staff did not care about it (We didn‘t care for the few days we were guests but if it never works the hotel will get mold problems). The indoor pool could be cleaner. The room could have more light in the room.

Das Hotel wartet anscheinend auf seinen Abriss. Nach einem starken Regenschauer kam das Wasser in der Bar und auf dem Flur zu den Zimmern aus der Decke. Der Teppich lag in Wellen etc, die Klimaanlage in einem der beiden gemieteten Zimmer war defekt, Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen (5. Stock) Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Service war sehr freundlich, das Housekeeping neutral. Die unmittelbare Lage ist für ein Großstadt- Hotel abnehmbar und je nach Perspektive sehr grün, drumherum ist es wie erwartet.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn es bereits renovierte Zimmer wie auf den hier angezeigten Bildern gibt, dann hatten wir keins davon. Sehr verwohnter Zustand, grundsätzlich aber sauber. Zudem sehr hellhörig und laut.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Smack Burger restaurant inside the hotel was a great last minute dinner option and reasonably priced. Lobby, hallways and pool looked nice. Rooms itself are a bit dated however you get what you pay for and I was expecting so. Bed was surprisingly very very comfortable. Satisfied with my 1 night stay!

We had to pay for parking which was alright I guess, but would have been nice to be included. The entrance to the hotel had stairs and my son and I are in the middle of a move and had to bring a few suitcases with us for security reasons so going up those stairs was inconvenient. I think there was a ramp way in the far end but it was blocked by bicycles so I wasn't sure. The check in was alright but when I asked if we could get a higher floor, I was told they were full up. They put us on the first floor, which was AGAIN a few stairs up (about 8 stairs) like a mezzanine and there was no elevator OR RAMP. No staff offered to help with the bags and my poor son had to try to do most of it himself as we were assuming there would be an elevator or at least an accessible ramp. When we pointed this out to the desk clerk he kinda shrugged and said it's only a few stairs. The room was reasonably spacious but its very old and desperately needs a facelift. The a/c unit was noisy and difficult to use. The room seemed pretty dark and the touch lights (which were cool) gave minimal light. There was a porch with a chair outside but we couldn't open the door to go sit there and the hardware looked like it was secured. We haven't tried the shower or beds yet but hope for the best! The bathroom seems clean and functional but the tub wasn't very inviting for a bath, but maybe a shower.

My stay was during the week and there were intoxicated people every time I went in the lobby (yes there is a bar but a lot of hotels keep it fancy), kids running in the hall at midnight, toilet would run non stop, other guests would sit infront of the entrance, it just felt unsafe and I enquired to check out early. I couldn’t imagine staying there on a weekend.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working so the room was very warm, but was otherwise clean. I would stay here again, good value for the stay.

I stayed in room 426 and there was nonstop noise all night long above me. There were people arguing screaming. It was a big party. At some point, it sounded like people were wrestling Another thing that could be improved is when I shut my door to my room and turn the lights off I could see the hall lights around the frame of my door For the kind of money that was spent, I did not totally enjoy the experience

Terrible terrible place! Our balcony was greenish, full of algae. Old hotel with faucets fallen apart! We also didn’t have microwave in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask if I could pay for one in our room, they said they don’t have any available. There also wasn’t a public microwave to use neither would their kitchen help us! Definitely not a place to stay!

I gave this hotel 4 stars, because I got a great night's sleep, because the bed was just the right degree of firmness for me. But, in the morning, while there was a coffee maker & plenty of coffee & black tea bags, & sugar, & artificial sweetner, there was no milk or cream in the mini fridge. In fact there was nothing in the mini fridge. Anyways, I prefer herbal tea, which was not provided. And, if there had been milk or cream for coffee, I also prefer brown sugar in my coffee.

The in house restaurant was not a good as I expected as the sat. and sunday food was on the cool to cold side. On the other hand the bed was excellent and the bathroom floor was heated with a very good shower. I woulld recommend this hotel for a stay.
