Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Nahe am Airport, aber man hört nichts. Sehr ruhig und gut isoliert. Frühstück war sehr gut! Pool und Sauna waren gut. Fahrservice zum Airport hat super geklappt! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

I made a reservation using my debit card and when I showed up for check in they told me I wasn’t able to use because I need a credit card but they charged me a day after anyway

My wife and I wow having a drink we’re talking and had two phone calls from the front desk and a attendant come to the door saying that we were loud and occupants were complaining and in fact he could hear in the background that there was no ambient noise other than us talking. I have never encountered this problem in over 100 hundred days at 100 hotels, explain this to the individual was less than understanding. Shall we say?

If a visitor complains about noise disturbances during his stay, we prioritize his comfort. We make every attempt to address any noise issues received from any of our visitors. You may be having a regular phone conversation and are unaware of how loud your voice is. I hope you appreciate that we must follow our protocol when it comes to guest comfort and compliance; once again, my apologies.

The only thing I didn’t like was it was very loud on the main level as I think there was maybe a team of some sort making racket very late at night as I went to bed at 12:30 AM and it was still pretty loud down there on the main level where I was Luckily I was able to fall asleep not sure what all was about

The bathroom sink was clogged, breakfast was not well cooked, room felt so dirty and looked so outdated. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a better hotel for sure.

To keep our rates competitive and reasonable, we did not incorporate breakfast with it while giving guests an option to have breakfast as an add-on cost, rather than prepaid in the room rate.

The front desk ladies were so rude and not helpful at all specially when you exepect if you have questions they wpuld help you out and not have an attitude issue. Very sad as i wasnt from Toronto and it was my first time staying in a different city , there was 2 others at front desk that one was a young man with braids or twists i believe and a yound lady with very long hair they were amazing and super kind the other 2 attitudes horrible siervice by them they were 2 older ladies one with green eyes and the other was wearing a face mask wifi in my room was constantly getting cut off

Only issue i had was just dumb luck of the draw. the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance/refurbishment. After a long day of travel. I was looking forward to the hot tub.
