„They had a great breakfast buffet with a nice selection of both east and western foods Great bathroom setup. The wet room (shower in room plus tub) was spa like. The separate Japanese toilet was great. Good location The only real issues we had were that the room itself was very narrow without much storage. Also the Japanese TV only had one channel (CNN) for English speakers and not the usual selection of movies and such Americans expect.“

„部屋に暖房器具がなく、少し寒さを感じました。ただ物凄い寒波襲来時だったので、普通の寒さなら大丈夫なのかもしれません。 ホテルスタッフの方々は皆さん親切で、年末年始の宿泊だったので、年越し蕎麦を振舞っていただいたり、おせちのバイキング、オムレツのトッピング増量など、楽しい年越しとなりました。年末の花火打ち上げは大寒波の中で見に行けず残念でしたが、音だけで想像力を働かせて楽しみました。 楽しい家族旅行となり、大満足でした。“

„Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction.“
