Good hotel, close to the train station
It was the first time for me to stay at Apollo Dimora Hotel in Trivandrum. The reviews were good, the rate was very good - so I thought I will just give it a try. I arrived at the hotel between 4 and 5 am in the morning. Check-in was quick. I went to the room and when entering the room, I felt that the floor was sticky. It seems that many people have their meals in the rooms. The little carpet had many stains on it from food that dropped to the floor, which were not removed properly. Even on the linen in my bed had some spots. Apart from that the room and the bathroom were good. AC worked properly, which is very important on such a short stay. Breakfast buffet was a bit how I expected it. Choice is okay (mainly Indian stuff), staff nice and helpful. I haven't tried the swimming pool resp. the gym - so I cannot give any comment on that. In general I would say: Good hotel, but cleanliness could be better!

Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping.

Great hotel, highly recommended
Fine hotel with excellent staff and service. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment from our arrival. Everybody in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has two restaurants both serving perfect meals served by marvelous staff, We can only recomment eating there and you are very lucky if you get to meet Pooja or assistent manager Silvester. The spa is also amazing, my wife had the best massage ever by Greshma, who does an excellent job with care for your well-being. At the rooftop we had a nice swim in a well-maintained pool taken good care of by the very polite staff-member Prince. We also had our laundry done and it came back on time clean and nicely folded. Only minus for us was that there was no fridge in the room though it says so in the description of the rooms. Never the less we had an amazing stay and will go back anytime if given the oppertunity. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

Fabulous hotel with great location
The hotel was superb..clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Nice quiet pool and fitness room..the food in the hotel was great. Best Indian food I’ve had in India- beef coconut fry and black lentil dhal especially. Breakfast buffet at £5 for 2 excellent value

Dear Expedia,It's not a 4 start property.. please don't kindly mention the same and mislead people..I have stayed in better properties for a much reasonable price.its not worth the money I spent. Worth The Price
The hotel is perfectly placed well back from the main road, just out of the very central area and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. A great rooftop swimming pool with views of the city and lots of restaurants very close by, including good ones in the hotel itself

Quiet hotel in a central location
Staff were very attentive and as we arrived early we were able to check in. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute ride from the airport, taxi and tuk tuk available at the bottom of the driveway. Has a lovely swimming pool and bathing area on the roof top, a good area to chill out and relax, if you want a beer it wont be here. The breakfast buffet in the morning has plenty of choices, overall the hotel was very comfortable and very clean and secure.

Much below expectation for a 4 plus star hotel
I could have paid much lesser if I had known that the toilets will be not as clean as I had expected from a 4 plus star hotel or if I had known that the management hadn't taken care of the mosquitoes in the room. We also had raw potatoes in the Masala dosa we ordered for breakfast. Internet atlccess had to be provided on a dongle since the hot spot was not working. When this property age's, I don't know what the situation will be given that it is only 1 year old now.

Well located modern hotel
Very modern with good facilities, close to the bus and railway station but down a long drive so quiet. Excellent value. Good view of the city from the roof top pool. The reception staff were very helpful and happily extended check out for us. Nice restaurant but no alcohol despite the modern appearance. The only slight concern was a feeling of being pressured to have the buffet dinner when we were not very hungry. It was nice with plenty of food and too many other diners. A la carte was available but not encouraged

Pleasant hotel in convenient location.
A very clean and quiet hotel one block from train station and 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The hotel staff are all very professional but the staff in the 2 hotel restaurants are amazing. So helpful and informative they really made our stay memorable and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. This is a good choice when visiting the pleasant city of Trivandrum.
