„Especially the staff makes this hotel unique. The employees are very kind and such helpful guys. Each of them is friendly but also open for a little chat. Unfortunately our first room was smelling really badly, but the receptionist reacted perfectly and gave us directly a new room which was without any problems. Size of rooms is okay for a centrally located city hotel and cleanliness along with local standard. Would come back any time. Nice breakfast buffet with indian and western items.“

„I enjoyed my stay at the Jyoti Dwelling. Very close to the airport. Lovely buffet dinner with attentive staff and a clean AC room with a king size bed. The staff didn't respond to my email for an airport transfer from the airport but they did make up for it by providing a cab at short notice to take me back to the airport the following day. Very close and convenient to the airport. Safe not working was the only other negative. I would recommend staying here if you need a safe, clean hotel ...

„The hotel is part of a chain of hotel so do be precise when telling the tax driver. You might end up at the wrong Bawa Hotel. The hotel is good and in a very relaxed neighourhood. The beach is 5 min walk away. The room itself was not very spacious, but it did for me for a night. “

„I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.“
