Internet kostet so viel, dass man lieber darauf verzichtet. Aber wenn man dementsprechend "vorgewarnt" ist, steht einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts im Wege.“

After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). „wonderfully restored old mansion. Rooms were charming... nicely designed. In fact the entire facility has been thoughtfully brought into today's design standards. Very accomodating staff... although many appeared to be a training mode. Need to improve the professionalism a bit. They have a new general manager (had only been there about 2 weeks when we visited)... seems he has a number of things on his agenda that will improve the property even more. Food was good... but not wonderful.  ...

„This house was beautiful and exactly the place for a family trip (6 adults, 3 kids). Central air was key on hot days, the amount of bathrooms ideal for 9 people! Host was very accommodating and quick with communication. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards at the lake (we had a truck to make it easier, but they could be walked down to the town beach, which isn’t too far!).
