Tolle Anlage, aber!
Gepflegte Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, viele Gäste aus Deutschland. Reichhaltiges und großzügiges Frühstückbuffet. Tolle Poolanlage und tadellos funktionierendes WLAN in der ganzen Hotelanlage inkl. Poolbereich. Das Zimmer ist nicht nach meinem Geschmack eingerichtet, es fehlt an Privatsphäre, Lavabo ist praktisch im Schlafzimmer, das WC und die Dusche sind nur durch eine Westerntüre mit dem Zimmer verbunden. Zudem hat es eine hohe Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer was an einen Kellergeruch erinnert. Leider hat es zu wenig Liegen am Pool, es wird bereits am Morgen eifrig reserviert.Das Personal macht Kontrollen, aber es sind zu viele Gäste für die vorhandenen Liegen.

Leider nicht so wie erhofft.
Wenn man nicht das erwartet was die Fotos zeigen wird man nicht enttäuscht. Ich würde sagen das Hotel ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle renovierungsbedürftig. Wir waren aber generell auch von Khao lak enttäuscht das Hotel ist dazu noch sehr abgelegen. Alles in allem sind wir nach 2 anstatt 5 Nächten abgereist. Geld gab es keines zurück aber das haben wir auch nicht erwartet.

Leider entspricht das Ambiente im Resort nicht dem Internetauftritt. Die meist deutschen Gäste scheinen pauschal gebucht zu haben. Entsprechend ist die Atmosphäre in der Anlage. Grosse Portionen am Buffet und morgens um 8 sind schon alle eng gedrängten Liegen mit Strandtüchern besetzt. Allerdings sind die Preise für Essen, Getränke, Massage etc. auch günstig. Preis/Leistung passt für ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Es ist aber weit weg von 5 Sternen. Positiv ist die schöne Vegetation im Garten zu erwähnen.

Ausstattung ok, gutes 3* Haus. Personal teils sehr unfähig und auch unfreundlich (besonders Reception) Hauskeeping wirklich schlimm, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag anders "aufgefüllt" - mal gab es 6 Handtücher, mal 4, dann 3... ebenso mit der Minibar. 2 Wochen das selbe Hausmädchen, aber jeden Tag anders. Bei der Abreise haben wir um 2h längeren Zimmerbenutzung gefragt, es wurde einfach verneint. Der Cheffin an der Rezeption scheint es nicht gepasst zu haben. Ebenfalls wurde uns ein Teelöffel zur Last gelegt, welchen wir anscheinend mitgehen lassen wollten, aber nur genutzt hatten um am Abreisetag am Pool noch Früchte zu essen. Diesen mussten wir dann vor der Abreise am Check In abgeben. Praktischerweise hätten wir das auch direkt unten beim Restaurant machen können. Wie peinlich ist so ein Verhalten, wenn man selber nicht fähig ist das Zimmer einmal vollständig korrekt herzurichten? Einmal ein Getränk von der Minibar genommen, einmal falsche Abrechnung. Das ist schon eine starke Fehlerquote für ein solches Resort (Kette). Die Pooolboys sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Pool ist schön aber unpraktisch angelegt. Der Strand sauber und flachabfallend. Für Ruhesuchende ideal.

Wunderschöne Lage in einer traumhaften Bucht, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, umfangreiches köstliches Frühstück, genügend Restaurants und Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar. Strandtücher gehören unbedingt demnächst erneuert (alt, fleckig, löchrig). Es war fast nicht möglich, eine angenehme Wassermischung bei der Dusche im Zimmer zu finden (heiß-kalt). Alles in allem aber ein tolles Hotel und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Das Resort ist sehr schön angelegt und die Zimmer liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt auch an einem schönem Strandstück. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch das Mittagessen fanden wir lecker. Abends waren wir immer woanders essen und können das Abendessen nicht beurteilen. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber nicht noch einmal buchen, weil wir nicht ganz zufrieden waren. Zum einen hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer. Einen Tag haben wir netterweise als "Betthupferl" einen Toffee ins Zimmer bekommen. Als wir das Päckchen aufgemacht haben, war es voll mit Ameisen. Wir hatten dies auch weitergegeben, aber gegen die Ameisen wurde nichts gemacht. Die Liegen waren zum Teil auch recht dreckig. Wir fanden die Mitarbeiter außerdem nicht ganz so freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie wir es aus anderen Unterkünften in Thailand gewohnt waren. Die Buchung von Ausflügen hat zwar gut geklappt, aber insgesamt fanden wir die Freundlichkeit ein wenig aufgesetzt. Hier würden wir den Duty Manager ausnehmen, der immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Von den Gästen sind hier 90 Prozent Deutsche und leider eher vom Klientel Mallorca-Urlauber, sodass morgens um 7 Uhr schon Liegen reserviert werden. Insgesamt muss man aber sagen, dass genug Liegen für alle da wären, wenn man nicht am Strand liegen wollte.

Alles war großartig, diejenigen welche meinen zu "schimpfen", sollten erstmal über ihre Worte überdenken, bevor sie bewerten, dass Hotel kann nichts dafür, wenn die Gäste sich wie Schweine verhalten! Ob es Toiletten verstopfen oder volle teller stehen lassen und vieles mehr ist, das Hotel bemüht sich so sehr,. Für uns war es traumhaft!

Schönes Hotel welches besonders von seinen netten Angestellten profitiert. Zimmer sind für ein 5 * Hotel etwas klein bzw. ist es bei 5* zu erwarten das Bad und Toilette getrennt sind. + Fitnessraum + Strand + Personal + Optik der Anlage + Pick-Up zur Rezeption + Essen im Restaurant + entgegenkommend beim Late-Check-Out - Preise im Restaurant f. Thailand - Preise an der Poolbar f. Thailand - aktuell keine Toilletten im Pool- und Strandbereich - Gehwege nicht wirklich Behinderten- bzw. Kinderwagengerecht Gesamteindruck: Tolles Hotel mit Luft nach oben, Turn-Down (Abendvorbereitung der Zimmer) wäre bei 5* zu erwarten Würden dieses Hotel auf Grund der überwiegenden positiven Aspekte wieder besuchen.

Hotel Im großen und ganzen ok. Liegeflächen am Strand/ Pool ungenügend und zu eng zusammen ! Zimmer relativ klein im Vergleich zum Merlin (nachbarhotel).dadurch das das Hotel neu ist , ist noch nicht alles fertig wie z.b. Toiletten am Strand . Somit lange Wege zum Klo. Auch die Fußwege im hotel sind sehr thailändisch gemacht.das heißt alles wackelt und die Abstände der Steine ist total blöd! Gut ist das Frühstücksbuffet( da gibts auch nen vollautomaten... Cappuccino usw. Die Themenabendbuffets wie z. B. Thai/bbq oder Italien ... sind völlig überteuert.ca.600-900 bat =18-28€ . Und die Getränkepreise bei den Abendessen extrem. Ne Flasche Gerolsteiner Sprudel 240 bat = 7€ . Also besser draußen essen ! Am besten MR.ju , ruanthai oder top top Restaurant. Sind fußläufig 10 min vom Hotel .

Traumurlaub! Wir haben eine unglaublich schöne Zeit im Eden Beach Resort verlebt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, unglaublich idyllisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Man ist von Thailand ja allgemein viel Freundlichkeit gewohnt, aber im Eden Beach wurde einem einfach jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das einzige was vielleicht anzumerken ist, ist der Fakt, dass die Anlage nicht ebenerdig ist und die Treppen für Menschen, die nicht richtig mobil sind, nicht so leicht zu bewältigen sind.

The pool and the beach are nice but otherwise this resort is very disappointing! 1) there’s an intermittent sewage smell around the property 2) It’s very remote, so even Bolt and grab dont go there … 3) they try to be « high-end »with spa menu prices that compete with the Ritz but the facilities are very ordinary… and they didn’t have any availability for the duration of my stay !!! There’s about a dozen spa’s five minutes from the resort …(that are 6 times cheaper)… they should make some kind of partnership and hire a few of their resources when need be !! 4) they don’t have luggage racks in the rooms (!!!) there’s space for it but it’s not something they provide! For the price, you would think they would be a lot better equipped! 5) the waiters at the pool bar, seemed to be exhausted and were not smiling nor friendly… first time that I see that in Thailand ! I liked the pineapple theme in my room… that was nice… I would not stay there again … i’m sure you can find something better for that price!!!

Lovely theming! The grounds need a rethink - replace worn grass in high foot traffic areas with paving so that guests don’t end up with dirty feet, dirty sun lounges and dirty pool towels. Have a pool side towel service. Provide more sun lounges. The breakfast area was crowded and busy and breakfast was average. The restaurants however were good. Pizza at Sunnee Terrace was amazing. Not enough water provided for our room for 3 people for 24 hours so we always had to buy more. Gym and pool were great. Once we understood that you had to get up early to reserve pool lounges (even though the sign said it was not allowed) we got into the groove and enjoyed our stay.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Hotel!
Wunderbares Hotel an einem der schönsten Strände in Süd-Thailand! Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, tolle Liegewiese und ein super Pool! Einziges Manko war für uns das Frühstücksbuffet. Viel zu eng und für unseren Geschmack zu wenig Auswahl. Aber da sind wir wahrscheinlich kulinarisch einfach schon ein bisschen zu verwöhnt :-) Die zu hohen Preise im Hotel für Getränke und Essen sorgen für gelangweiltes Personal an Poolbar und Restaurants, da die meistens dann wo anders hingehen, wo es günstiger ist. Würde das Hotelmanagement die Preise auf die Hälfte reduzieren dann würde das anders ausschauen, finde ich eigentlich schade! Alles in allem aber trotzdem einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub!
