For the price we paid, we were expecting a bit more. Not even bottled water or bikkies with tea and coffee. Room was nice, heard alot of noise from other travellers, enough to wake us up. Water pressure could use a bit of work. Would stay again, if price was a bit friendlier.

I got to the hotel early and was immediately upgraded and allowed to check in which was amazing! The pool was awesome and the location to everything was fantastic! I would definately recommend this hotel to stay at!

We spent $700 a night with high expectations. The room was not noice proof - the music from the road was so loud and went on till mid night or so. The pool area was not maintained properly especially the spa area as there was dirt floating on the water as well as the tiles underneath. The reception staff was not friendly at all. Not at all welcoming. I also feel the property is in the middle of a busy street so if anyone is after peace and quiet this will not be the place for that.

Good Afternoon, Love Terrigal Crowne Plaza. The gereral feeling was staff not totally relaxerd, not trained prop[erly for the job, short or understaffed not as observant to people,needs and detail .Breakfast food set up perfect but serve yourself buffet food was on the cold side...disappointing! Feb 1 no Egg Lady . had to chase staff for a coffee .. Felt so sorry for the sdtaff that do room service. arrived at about 2.30 pm 30/1 check in 4 staff on desk duty and busy. Young lady said we may not get into our room by 3pm. OK! kindly gave us a drink voucher and she will call us when ready & stored our luggage . Crowne Plaza Terrigal stay
Our stay was with myself and my wife with 2 grandkids. The kids loved the convince and we liked that when we stayed it was relatively quiet. We tried out the restraints that were good quality but a little expensive. Overall we had a great stay and the grand kids want to return.

What I wanted to be a relaxing few nights before I returned to work was distributed by large families by the pool area thinking it was acceptable for them to blast heavy dance music on their own speaker at full volume around the communal pool, they over ruled the whole hotel and the place became uncomfortable to try and relax at which is exactly why we decided to stay. I understand that it is a family friendly hotel but I think the lack of response by staff to tell the families to turn off their music for the sake of other guests is unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I asked hotel staff for 2 plates for the room so my partner and I could enjoy cheese on the balcony we received 2 very dirty plates that had clearly had any lack of attention when being handled to notice that they had old food baked onto the plates. I would sincerely not recommended this hotel

From our check in, with an unexpected upgrade, right up until our departure, we had a wonderful time. The little extras for the kids were appreciated. These included a special kids check in, with a colouring in competition, free drinks, ballon twisting and face painting, and Christmas popsickles. The view from our room was incredible. We enjoyed the pool, the gym, spa, games room and proximity to the beach and fantastic strip of restaurants and shops. We will be back!

A lovely 1 night stay at our local Crown Plaza. Natasha on front desk was LOVELY and gave us such a warm welcome. The kids check in ladder and activity pack were a huge hit with my 3 year old and honestly made her stay! All staff we came across were super lovely and friendly, bed was reeeeeally comfy, rooms were big and the sofa was made up for my little one. I would definitely stay again - and look forward to doing so!

I have not been to this hotel in about 25 years. It has been modernised. The stay was comfortable and the amenities were good. I however thought that the soundproofing of rooms was poor. Even with all the doors shut, outside noise from the street level was easily heard and so was noise from people talking along the corridor.
