Gute Lage mit hohe Preis-Leistung-Verhältnisse. Der Pool ist beheizt, Kinder können sehr entspannt da chillen. Neben Lidl ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Zimmer wird nur jeden 2. Tag geputzt, aber man muss nachfragen, die Putzfrau kommt nicht von alleine. Personal sind freundlich.

Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfreich. Alle beherrschten sehr gutes Englisch und einer sogar Deutsch. Zimmer selbst sehr groß und umwerfender Blick aufs Meer von ebenso großem Balkon. Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu Wünschen übrig. Im Bad öfters auch Ungeziefer! Putzpersonal kam alle 2 Tage scheint aber nur die Betten neu zu beziehen und Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen sowie Handtücher aus zu tauschen. Handtücher selbst teilweise vergilbt und hatten Alle Flecken die beim Waschen wohl nicht mehr raus gehen. Es wurde jemals weder gestaubsaugt noch gewischt. Alles etwas klebrig gewesen und Küchengeschirr nicht ordentlich gespült gewesen. Außerdem hatte die Wohnung durchweg einen unangenehmen Geruch. Betten waren in Ordnung und an Ausstattung hat es nicht gemangelt! Zimmer war zur Straße hin und daher etwas lauter nicht nur wegen dem allg. Straßenverkehr, sondern aich durch die Sport-Hotel-Anlage gegenüber, die nachts bis 0:00 Uhr laut Musik spielen und tagsüber ab 9:00 Uhr durch das Kindergeschrei im Pool, Anlieferungen des Hotels etc.

günstiges Appartement
+ geräumiges Appartement, 2 x Bad/Wc, 2 Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, eigene große Terasse, Personal sehr freundlich und um Sauberkeit bemüht, Supermarkt über die Straße und jeden Tag bis 21.30 geöffnet - baulich und ausstattungsmäßig nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, z.B. Decken zwar sauber aber mit Löchern, Handtücher ausgefranst, renovierungsbedürftig Achtung bei Rollstuhlfahrern: es ist alles zugänglich inkl. Pool, aber es gibt keine behindertengerechten Bäder - in beiden war eine Badewanne und auch sonst fehlt jegliche Spezialausstattung (wir haben es unter "accesible" gebucht!)

We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.

Well placed within the area, Lidl over the road and restaurants within easy walking distance. On the poor side there is no wi-fi in the rooms, and our patio only got the sun between 3.15pm and 6.15pm

Kiva hotelli aika korkealla rinteellä. Valtavan iso parveke ja mukava huoneisto. Sisällä hiljainen ilmastointi, mutta parvekkeella oleva ulkoyksikkö on aika äänekäs (myös naapurin vastaava!). Plussaa etenkin se, ettei ilmastointilaite puhalla suoraan sänkyyn. Kylpyhuoneet on tyylikkäät ja vasta uusitut, mutta muu kalusto on aika vanhahtavaa. Hyvä keittiö. Allas alueella hyvin tilaa, jos siitä tykkää. Erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti huoneisto joka tapauksessa. Suosittelen.

Overall very outdated facility - airconditioning was broken throughout our full vacation week ... And sleepjng with open windows was not possible given bars across the street. Bathrooms are also dated. Although we had two bathrooms it was impossible to take two showers at the same time - not enough water pressure.

Another great two weeks
We have stayed in El Marques Palace many times (usually at least twice a year) The location is perfect for us at the top of the hill as the restuarants and bars we use are also at the top of the hill. All staff are very helpfull and polite. It may be time for the appartements to be freshened up and bathrooms fittings could do with being replaced. However we will be back next year.

En jättemysigt hotell i lugnt område. Rent och snyggt överallt på hotellområdet. Bra pool och oftast tillräckligt med solstolar utan att behöva reservera tidigt på morgonen som på många andra ställen. Åtminstone i slutet av februari. Vi bodde i en lägenhet med två sovrum, två toaletter, kök, vardagsrum och stor altan. Finns förstås både mindre och större lägenheter än det. Jättetrevlig personal, väldigt hjälpsamma när man har frågor eller behöver hjälp med ngt som t.ex. boka hyrbil, boka taxi m.m. Rakt över gatan ligger butiken Lidl och åt andra hållet rakt över gatan finns Superdino. Mycket praktiskt. Finns många restauranger och caféer i området. Bra gångavstånd till det mesta. Ner mot stranden med kort promenad finns en havspool, en lite längre promenad finns sandstrand med svart sand.

We have stayed at El Marques Palace many times over the last twenty years. It is a very good location for both beach and many good restaurants. The staff are always polite and very helpful. Street parking is not normally a problem but if necessary it is possible to pay for a parking space in the underground parking garage. While the rooms are clean it may be time for an update. However this will not stop us from going at least twice a year.

Comfortable apartments in lovely area
We had just escaped the tourist hell that is Los Cristianos, so Puerto Santiago/Los Gigantes seemed like a lovely haven. The apartments sit between the port village area of Los Gigantes and the (older and nicer end of the) Puerto Santiago strip, with easy access to both. There are plenty of very good restaurants within an easy walk, as well as beaches (rocky and sandy), look out points, supermarkets, and public transport. The apartment complex (individual apartments differ) have views of Los Gigantes and the sea - the higher up ones have much better views and get more direct sunlight. The pools were great for our kids, and there is a nice bar/restaurant attached. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments seem to be in a "standard" Canary Island configuration, with a balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/diner/second bedroom with a comfortable sofabed. The kitchen even has a washing machine - which is extremely useful. The cooking utensils were adequate for cooking pretty decent meals, although their were no supplies (like oil or salt and pepper) at all. All in all, a very comfortable place to spend a few weeks, well located to explore South Tenerife. Our only criticism is that the apartment was looking a *little* tired, but if you mentioned anything specifically you could get it fixed almost instantly.

My family just got back from 10 days holidays at El Marques, the male receptionist staffs were brilliant and gave great tips on where to visit around town. Polite and friendly site staff as well. We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a good size balcony. It was clean and the tv had English channels which was a great plus. Only downside is the bathrooms need modernisation. Swimming pool and site grounds were always clean and tidy. I'll definitely recommend.

Clean and spacious accommodation. The balcony was huge and private with a wonderful view. A great base location to explore the Island and safe free parking outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Plenty of bars and eateries nearby, especially The George where you will have breakfast if you book breakfast at the hotel. Walk down to the nearby towns and you will find wonderful Tapas and other restaurants. A wonderful break.

Absolutely amazing place!! The reception staff were so helpful and very good speakers of English so easy to communicate. The rooms exceeded our expectations! They were so clean and the beds were super comfy. I wish we stayed longer here but we will definitely have to come again!

Nice enough place without any frills. Receptionist & pool bar manager where both very friendly, Rosi on reception was particularly helpful & informative. The pool was heated when we arrived but strangely got colder each day, maybe they switched the heating off? Apartment was spacious and well equipped. The only real negative is that the pool area is very overlooked by people walking by, a little more screening on the fence above next to the main road would help. The footfall past the hotel is mainly generated by people going to Lidl which is directly across the road from the hotel. All in all a pleasant enough stay
