An excellent hotel, substantially better in terms of both the property and service than anything else I saw in the country. A helpful GM and remarkable concierge (I believe her name was Sallie). Quality furnishings and design. Location is a bit off, but its a small city, so its not a big deal.

We are looking for this property since it is facing the sea, as well as the gym; upon arrival it is difficult to find the parking lot since if you have a car you have to leave your suitcases in the lobby and from there move until you find the place; there is no signage that says hotel parking; there is no valet parking; confusing, at check-in there was no possibility of room upgrade; We went to the hotel bar in the area overlooking the sea for a beautiful sunset; good brunch in the restaurant. The room with the necessary; regarding the bathroom, it had a water outlet in the shower, we flooded each time we bathed, we had dinner in the restaurant on the first floor, the place was very nice and the food was good, the day of check-out we asked for one more hour and the only answer was IMPOSSIBLE, don't even let us see the option in order 70/30 we won't be back there are better options at this price

Beautiful property with alot of history. Rooms were beautifully presented. Large and sensational view. Well located but on the Jaffa side not close to Allenby but still great loaction. Staff were fantatstic and would def stay again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location
The Setai is conveniently located in old town Jaffa right on the beach. It’s a beautiful hotel with history and amazing architecture. The food was great and the bartenders Victoria and Hanna were brilliant. Our only compliant is with the concierge. There was confusion that turned to hostility. And now we have a concierge in Jerusalem to compare them too and I’d rate Setai zero in this area.

Great staff. Naomi and Yosef were top notch. They did everything to make our stay great. Naomi was so great with helping us get a room with a double bed at the last minute. The Setai Tel Aviv is a beautiful historic hotel that has been renovated to preserve its history while offering beautiful, modern spaces to guests. It’s conveniently located for walking to restaurants in Jaffa, Florentin and Neve Tzedek. The staff are professional and go out of their way to provide excellent service on every dimension. We relied heavily on Elizabeth in the concierge to help us with excursions with private guides and she went out of her way to help us. Our stay at The Setai was amazing!

Such a beautiful hotel with all the right amenities! The bar and sushi restaurant was great, the breakfast buffet and service was wonderful, the music in the garden on Tues night was perfect, the pool was stunning…the list goes on and on. The one thing that stands out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service! The front desk and concierge are beyond kind and helpful along with the entire hotel staff. Alex (manager), Rachel (front desk), Elizabeth (concierge), Vincent (valet), Maya (hostess) and Ziad (breakfast dining and outdoor bar) made me feel extra special and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay, which I did. I didn’t want to leave. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and give it 10/10!
