First time in Tauranga and the accommodation made ir extra special! Was such a pleasant experience, wonderful service from when we got there, during the stay, always had clean towels and tea and suger. Most beautiful views frim the balconies. Left extremely happy, will stay there again! Highly recommend A

This place was good. Nice and clean. The pool was great. The only issue is that our room was too hot. In the middle of summer air-con would’ve been great because the fan only blew hot air around. Would’ve given more stars.

It was by far the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. $264 for one night, we had really noisy ppl on one side and a Patched Headhunter Gang Member on the other side that liked to demonstrate how loud his Harley was every hour or so, outside our window. Then the burnout at 7.30am didn't go down well. Our room was disgusting, they wouldn't refund me, there was stains all over the bed, dirt swept under furniture, missing TV remote, taps falling off, back door jammed shut. I could go on, it was revolting. The manager was completely useless. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me $264. Biggest rip off ever!

My friend and I had travelled from Auckland for Armageddon over the weekend and arrived quite late to check in. The lovely owner was so quick and kind to get us checked in, regardless that we were arriving during the late evening. The room was clean, tidy and accessible with allocated parking right outside our studio room front door. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anybody. Thank you again for such a great experience!!

Rooms were really nice but we asked if we could check in early they said yes 11.30 we got there at 12.30 and were told that the room was not ready for another hour and the guy was really rude about it.

Well run motel. My refurbished unit was very good. Only downside was unit was very warm. Imo aircon is needed.

I liked that they had a lemon tree right opposite our room, i was able to pick me a couple, the under floor heating was great, the room was cosy when we went in. there wasnt anything i didnt like about the property

Thanks for your comments. Our booking system has no record that you actually stayed at our complex. Expedia do require to be notified of any intended cancellation.

Arrived about 15 mintues before check in, hotel said room wasnt busy, i said no problem we will go away and get some lunch. Came back an hour and a half later and room still wasnt ready, so we sat outside for about half an hour. Cleaner said they had been told the wrong room to clean so we waited which again was fine. Was never given a key so went and asked for one. Place was really busy and as we where going to a concert we left then i get a call saying we hadnt paid, i was like no, you never asked us to and you have all my deatils through boooking online, she demanded payment over the phone then and there even though i said i would come and pay in the morning. Handed key back in on check out and barely even got a word out of them.
