Unfortunately the front desk also is not up to the 5* quality. They are quite difficult to communicate with - e.g. they will tell you they will call when the taxi is there and never do (we had to pay extra because he had to wait so long). Anmeldung ab 7h in der Früh - First comes first serves. Wer zu spät ist, darf dann mit Taxi 15-20 EUR für die 4 Min Fahrt zahlen. “
