Gorgeous hotel although the harbour view pool should be open later. It’s 6-6pm. The light switches are annoying as they have a blue light and my son struggled to stay asleep. So I had to turn everything off at PowerPoints and put pillows in front of them as it was lighting up the room. Breakfast was nice but could have more variety of hot food. Also, the restaurant needs more variety of food in the alacart. It was the same menu as in room dining. But overall a beautiful view and amazing view of fireworks

While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown.

The systems at the hotel are terrible. They lost my parking booking! Charged $150/night for a small therapy dog. Lost one of our bags, kept my terminally ill daughter in line for an inexcusable length of time just to collect a room key. Their phone system couldn't identify which room I was in and when I asked for assistance the engineer was sent to the wrong room. Can you imagine if I was calling for an emergency such as a fire??? The management is incompetent and screwed up my final bill. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone considering how much it costs. Honestly, I get better service from budget hotels.

This is a luxurious hotel from the time you step in and then all the way to your room. Hight tech everything. It is quiet in the room as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. My only complaint about this place is the bed. It seems like the bed came straight out of Temu. It is small, feels cheap and it is very uncomfortable. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

W always impressive, staff are cool, worldly, friendly, polished and always go out of their way to make you feel like a special guest. Pretty hotel. Awesome buffet breakfast. The very young staff need more training as they looked scared when you asked them something and most times could not answer you.
