There was an alarm clock going off in the empty room next to ours. We asked 3 times for it to be turned off. There was visible grime on the bathroom floor. There was a roach crawling in the hallway when we were checking out. The staff were very friendly.

The room was clean and attractive. There were low-carb options for breakfast. BUT... Our room keys didn't work when we came back from dinner. There was one coffee in the room so I asked the front desk for more. Her response was she would have to try to find housekeeping for more and deliver them. It never happened. The pool was not available, being serviced over the weekend. When we checked out, their records showed someone else in our room, us in another room with a two-day reservation. It was just one error after another.

Great 2 night stay. Hotel is fairly new; our room eas pn 3rd floor with luxury tile flooring & comfy bed. Slight issue with the wall air conditioning. It was plenty cool, but very humid. We did not co.plsin as both nights we were late getti g back to our room. I told front desk when we checked out; they were shocked to hear we didn't complain and said they would immediately have moved us. No biggie, appreciated their response. Breakfast was good, they have a little pancake thing that makes fresh hot pancakes instead of a waffle maker. Pool is small, but clean. Would DEFINITELY stay there again. On the main strip with restaurants & abundant shopping

I really liked my room set up. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a very convenient location.
