Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage (Tunjungan) in der Nähe zur Tunjungan Plaza und zu den Foodstands abends ist super. Auch in der Nähe sind Parks zum Erholen.

Sehr gutes Haus
Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Swiss Bel Inn Tunjungan und mein Aufenthalt hat mir wieder sehr gut gefallen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer und super Service. Ausserdem ist die Lage direkt neben der riesigen Mall Tunjungan Plaza. Einfach super. Vielen Dank.

Clean hotel. Attentive staff. Tasty breakfast trad.indonesian. Clean,spacious breakfast room. Comfy chairs for breakfast. Some breakfast tables are shaky. Fast check-in. Decent room,bathroom. Clean neutral shower water. Quiet and effective AC Comfy beds and clean linen. Three electric points. Enough light. Windows more or less soundproof. The rather small swimming pool is exposed to sunside, without enough shadow, temperatures turn unbearable. Before or after sunset mosquitos. Only two chairs to lie down at swimming pool Clean,decent massage rooms. One spa room. Many stops at other floors on the elevator's way down or up, especially at buisness meeting times.

Great place. Highly recommended.
Location is fantastic. Place is very happening. Turn right and walk down to first road juncion and turn right again and an entire street selling local stuff as well as a market. We booked 6 rooms and a suite. Rooms were very nice and staff very attentive. Only comment is the bath towels were a little threadbare. Other than that everything is very good!!!!

Close to Tanjungan Plaza, and almost all my meals taken there. No other attractions, amenities, or entertainment in the area. Quite noisy due to local drum practice in nearby property. Hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Gym and pool ok. Laundry service NOT used due to high cost. Used a local laundry instead, even tho inconvenient.

Beautiful Hotel Will Stay again!
We had a lovely stay at Swiss Bel, we loved everything, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The only thing was the Towels were a little old but overall, it was a great hotel to stay at very quiet for its location and priced quite reasonably.

Need to mention that the staff is wonderful. All very attentive and very friendly. We wanted to get a higher floor which was not possible for the first night. We were called to ask if we would like to switch rooms next day. Awesome for them following up. Not usual based on previous experiences at other places. When we told them we are checking out early, they asked us what they should prepare in a box to take away next morning. Berry surprised about what they boxed. Great surprise. Btw, the breakfast is very good. A lot of variety and the quality is great. The location is great too. I would highly recommend the hotel and I will stay there next time I visit Surabaya. Only one suggestion. Lower the beer price at the pool. People would drink more if the price wouldn’t be double compared to even very good bars/restaurants in the city.

Poor lift system causes so much frustration
The lift system is ridiculous and makes going to different floors very inconvenient, especially if you have family or friends on different floors when they aren’t able to put you together. Worst of all, they only issue 1 key card per room.

Excellent location, comfortable stay, value for $!
We were really surprised at how good our stay at the Swiss-Belinn Surabaya was. The room was clean, functional and comfortable, with good WiFi. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice, and the location was great with a massive shopping mall just outside the door. Price also good, making our stay excellent value for money. Really happy and would stay here again.

トゥンジュンガンプラザにも歩いて行けるため、食事や買い物は便利。 ホテル自体も清潔で良い。朝食も充実している。部屋は適度な広さがあり、清潔。Staffの対応も良く、全般的に良いホテル。 しかし、今回は2日連続してエアコンから水漏れしたのが残念。また、備え付けのバスタオルに穴が空いていたのも残念
