Verbesserungswürdig: Komfort des Zimmers
Dieses Hotel ist nicht besonders empfehlenswert. Die Anlage ist toll, aber die Zimmer/Apartments sind nicht berauschend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr veraltet, aber sauber. Die Lage ist für Noosa gut. Es sind zwei Stöckige Bungalow Appartments (a 70qm). Kein besonders schöner Ausblick, aber auch nicht schlecht. Service gibt es nur vormittags, was ich nicht besonders gut finde. Allerdings ist der Service nett. Für ein zwei Tage machbar, aber kein solo Reisenden zu empfehlen, da abends sehr ruhig/abgeschieden.

Good property. Service needs to be addressed. Not acceptable. Rooms need to have better care taken off in respect of Air condition and dish-washing machine, both were broken. One remote control and the other door handle. Old and barely functioning. Room supply need to correspond the days you are Booked for and not just one day as was supplied to us. Going to reception every day for sugar and tea is defiantly unacceptable. Room service needs to be at least every 2 to 3 days not ones every 8 days. We staid 7 days and had no room service at all. Rooftop spar should have a sunblock cover. It can not be used during the day time at all. To hot. Umbrella can not be open because of the high winds. Good apartment but grossly overpriced given the position and the in apartment condition.

Thank you for your review and feedback Victor. It is unusual that the items in the room are not working, this is not how we would operate and if there is ever an issue in a unit we like to address it immediately so that it doesn't impact our guests stay. As you mentioned, if you do stay 8 nights or more you will receive a mid stay service which would be on the 3/4th day as you stayed for 7 you missed the mid stay service. We are always happy to assist with amenities and give out to our guest as requested if requiring anything additional or top ups. The rooftops can be warm in summer time, but also nice to enjoy in the evenings. I am sorry the weather stopped you from being able to use the umbrella which does assist in providing additional shade. We thank you again and hope to welcome you back to the Resort in the near future, The Noosa Hill Team.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosa Hill, especially our Penthouse room with spa on the rooftop. The views from our balconies were gorgeous and having a self-contained apartment meant we had everything we needed. Check in and parking was a breeze and everything was explained prior to arriving which was great. The staff were lovely and the pool and surrounding grounds looked clean and well taken care of. A 10 minute walk to the main street and beach was no problem for us, even if the hill was a bit tough on the way back up. We would love to stay here again.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk to Noosa main beach or the bus is just outside. Noosa Junction shops are also walking distance. The view was amazing, especially at sunset. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, with a large balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom very nice and clean. Rooftop umbrella was damage. Stairs to Rooftop not clean. Many dead bugs 1 bath towel was very dirty and clothes dryer filter didn't clean $ bit high for master room no air con and no TV. Air con in living room really need to clean. No cover for Rooftop spa. Can't use it when raining. If there can be a moveable cover. The spa will be perfect.

Close proximity to Noosa Junction, and about a 10 minute walk to Hastings Street. Kitchen facilities in good condition but we were not supplied with enough toilet paper and were told to purchase more from the supermarket. Rooms did not have Aircon and were very stuffy on the hotter days. Overall resort facilities were great - pool, sauna etc.

We’ve been coming to Noosa for 30 yrs. We’ve stayed at Noosa Hill previously. Our apartment was spacious and well cared for. A lovely deck to watch gorgeous sunsets. If you want to do your own cooking you must bring basic provisions for longer stays. The location was close to shops and in walking distance of Noosa Junction and Hastings Street. A short drive to favourite beaches.
