„Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Nirgendwo um sich erholen zu können. Der Pub stammt aus dem 11.Jahrhundert und ist sehr gemütlich. Restaurant sehr gut und herzlich geführt. Zimmer eher schlicht. Einziges Manko sind die sehr weichen Betten. “

„B&B Pub im Zentrum von Bury St. Edmunds. Großes englisches Frühstück mit Toast und Tee / Kaffee satt. Die Betten sind sehr weich aber bequem. Wir hatten ein Zweibett- und zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Eines der Einzelzimmer war deutlich kleiner als das andere. Zur Zimmerausstattung gehören Fön, TV, Handtücher, Shampoo und Wasserkocher mit Tee- bzw. Kaffeevorrat. „We booked in so that we could attend the Theatre Royal, which is close by. We wondered whether the parking would be adequate, and it was. We had lunch on arrival. My wife ordered chicken kiev but the dish was really chicken escalopes, but still nice. We liked our room. Temperature control via radiator valves. Very comfortable and clean. The bathroom equipment looked brand new.“

„The hotel is part of a historic inn which was very atmospheric. We stayed in a family room for 3 people and the room was warm and cosy and welcoming as we arrived just before 9pm and it was a bit chilly in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and in a nice dining room in a genuine rural setting. Service was friendly & excellent.“
