„The South Point Retreat has been meticulously renovated and decorated with special touches. It is cozy and comfortable. Nice quality towels, soaps and shampoo/conditioner provided in both bathrooms is a nice touch. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding. We were the first guests to visit so Gerry and his wife graciously greeted us at the home to go over some details. We did learn upon arrival that the gas stove had not yet been hooked up, but an induction burner was provided. Not ideal ...

„The property is actually bigger than the pictures suggest with a really large backyard, patio, creek and fire pit. We had our wedding here and comfortably accommodated the wedding party in the house with the ceremony and reception in the backyard. The host was friendly and welcoming. They answered our questions very quickly.“

„We really enjoyed our trip at this beautiful property. It was spacious and private and the pool was great! We would stay again but would request more hand, bath and pool towels as there weren't enough for each guest. Also extra pillows and linens for the sofa beds.“

„If you want a quiet relaxing place, this is the one. Only regret is not making more time to be able to stay and enjoy! Would love to visit again.“

Renovations urgently needed

"Hotel room is rundown and in need of renovation - (Stained carpet, completely rusted toilet paper holders, mildew in shower…) Although the bed was comfortable, the bed sheets always felt damp, as my room was overlooking the pool, so it was very humid despite running the fans and heaters. I could hear my neighbor’s fans running all night as well. Not worth the price. "
