This place is disgusting! Hair in the shower, toothpaste spots on the mirror, sink handle is broken so you can’t adjust it, dirty sock against the wall by the bed, pieces of food all along the edges of the floor, crumbs on the fridge, tv is broken, the counter looks like it was ripped off the wall somewhere else and stuck here (old caulking on the edge), toilet paper holder is broken, big areas that had been broken in the tub and someone tried to patch them up, bathroom floor has a layer of something on it that my flip flops leave marks in, one small circular overhead light for the whole room, extremely unpleasant check in staff. Maintenance was called to fix the tv but never showed up. I almost slept in my car but even the parking lot is sketchy

The facility itself is behind a major truck stop and difficult to find. We checked in and went to the room. The beds looked like there were slept in and not changed. They were not made up very well. Pillows were nasty and smelly. Bathroom was so nasty with hair everywhere and mold in the shower and sink. We literally left the hotel within 3 minutes from arriving. So gross. This hotel should not be offered.

It was section 8 housing (low income)! Not a hotel! The rooms were dirty, people were not clean, hotel lobby was dirty. Everything was dirty and extremely run down. The room was tiny, you could barely get around the bed and you could not pull out the desk chair (which was broken anyways). I would never recommend this hotel, even if the thing reserving the room was an ant. The ant would run away!

We stopped here while travelling through and chose it because it had free breakfast and wifi and a decent rate and it was very late. My mistake was not reading the reviews. As soon as we walked into the building we felt uncomfortable. There was a small group of people loitering and smoking and no one at the front desk. Someone came shortly and although she was not unfriendly, she spoke very little and told us nothing about where to go or if/when/where was breakfast. The hotel seemed very drab and dirty overall. The bathroom had a bad odour and one of the towels was badly stained and another had hair on it. The sink drained very slowly and smelled as if the drain had something plugging it. Our window was open when we got in the room as well. We were on the ground floor and so concerned about why it would be left open. The bed seemed fine, sheets appeared to be clean but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The wifi did not work. We decided to get up early to leave as we did not want to stay any longer than necessary. There was no one in the breakfast area and the coffee machine was out of order, this was at 7am. The lady that checked us in was in the back room of the desk and ignored us as we left. We were never so happy to be out of somewhere.

Unfriendly staff, never a "thank you" or "welcome". Severely understaffed. "Breakfast" was coffee and a granola bar. Hotel is way off the road, back behind a truck stop on a rural road. Room was basically clean, but there were a few hairs in the bathroom and no stopper for the tub. Unlikely I would ever go back.

Half the towels in my room were dirty/stained but folded as if they were clean. Room looked like it had not been thoroughly been cleaned since previous guest. Was noisy due to other guests all night and walls are thin so you could hear people the next room over clearly. Will not be returning.

This property really made me reconsider staying in hotels during my business travels. I would have never imagined that I would have to move to a different room because the room I was given was absolutely disgusting. There was still dirty underwear and trash in the drawer. After going back and forth with the front desk about wanting my money back so that I could go to another hotel I was placed in another room. This room was slightly cleaner yet had weird yellow sticky food all over the walls, loose lightbulbs on the window sill and it made for just a terrible experience. I just did not understand why this hotel could not understand that their rooms were absolutely dirty! I should have been offered a refund so that I could go elsewhere. Instead they fought me every step of the way and in the end just outright refused to help me. The solution was “ I can let you try another room” as if this was some joke. Honestly the whole experience was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone it felt unsafe, the location is super weird and hard to access. I was just taken back and honestly would have appreciated a little understanding from the front desk. Rather than acting upset with the feedback, some accountability on their end would have gone a long way. I completely understand things happen but this was not it! From the dirtiness to the way it was handled was just wrong. After being in my second room I just left without my hard earned money. I was done fighting for a clean room.

This hotel was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. There was urine all over the toilet bowl and the water in the toilet was dirty looking. There were holes in the wall, missing art work from the wall with holes where it was hung, the sheets and pillow cases had stains everywhere. We were forced to stay coming home from NYC and there was a bad snow fall that did not allow us to drive home and this was the closest hotel. If I knew it was this gross, I’d have risked my safety to drive elsewhere. Staff was also extremely slow and rude and when we checked out didn’t even acknowledge us for 3 minutes so we just left. Not to mention it was hard to find behind a truck stop that had literally 100 tractor trailers in the parking lot.

You get what you pay for
That saying… “you get what you pay for” goes for this place. Bugs in the window sill, pretty sure there was dog poop on the floor, the water was black in the morning after flushing. Couldnt take a shower. The bed was pretty comfortable though and so were the 3 pillows. However, I did ask to be up away from most people so my boyfriend could play his guitar and not disturb the people near by. She said it was on the side that was still under construction. We honestly weren’t expecting much. We just needed a place to sleep. So the price was only $79 with taxes on a Saturday in January. The pool was out of commission. The breakfast was granola bars and cereal and coffee. With that being said I wouldn’t use this for a romantic getaway but alright for a one nighter in the middle of a snow storm. And waking up to the snow in the woods was very pretty!!!

Did not feel safe
Never even checked in. The parking was filled with small gatherings of people just hanging out. Parking lot lighting was terrible. Did not feel safe getting out of the vehicle to check in. Left and went somewhere else.

Sorry for any inconvenience the property is perfectly safe. We do not allow smoking in the building therefore guest have to go outside to smoke, and they do tend to gather together when they do.

We were homeless and were staying at Days Inn, the hotel staff became more like family. We never had any issues the staff and managers were respectful and friendly. Place was always clean and we never had any issues. Thank you for helping us feel at home.
